had some small issue with my order, opened up a ticket to BMT ... how long do they take to reply normally ? anyone have any experience with support response ?
I will let you know once they respond to my ticket from over a month ago. they replied me within 24 hrs. surprised & impressed. it was just a simple issue though but got a respond. hope you will get a respond soon too.

Does anyone remember when was s1, s2, s3, s4, s5 released? What's the average time in between releases?
Would like to know when the next gen chips are released. Before s7 launch I saw a lot of news regarding next gen chips from different developers. Also do you guys think that the guys, who bough s7@ 7.5 bitcoins will ever roi on this product. The price has fallen a bit too much, don't you think? I know that s7 just launched, but i'm just curious.
part of the reply that i got from BMT, that they are going to release another batch "soon" that's all ig ot but no dates or any other info given but at least for now there will be another batch.

Big Problem in BTC Farmland The internet company came today to replace the intermittent modem that had been going out about 2-5 times a week and would have to be reset to get the internet working again. The Tech shut the internet down and the miners started to beep. It was about 15 minutes before he replaced the modem and restored the internet. ONE BIG PROBLEM: 2 S7s would not hash. I have emailed Bitmain and will see what they can do to get these two fixed. AAArrrrrrgggggh have to wait until my next order gets delivered! Has anyone seen this issue?

It was only going to be down for 2-3 minutes. They still have their IP and I can still change any setting in the control panel, but there is still no hashing. I tried to soft/hard reboot to no avail. Nothing seems to change them.

Nothing seems to change them. i had exactly the same situation yesterday after an intermittent internet loss. fan was rotating midspeed, no hashing (10/23 system). rebooting did not help, restarting cgminer by save and apply (without any change) also did not help. What helped: unplugging the router, then plugging it back in 20 sec while miner was powered (miner re-engaged in about 90 sec), but I understand that you have several of them and it would be tricky. I would switch all off and deal with that one first via the method I described, then restart the others via psu switch. BTW, I also had access to miner, so internet connection was there, but no hashing.

why do you think that this is fans issue? overheating of the controller? it could be, but that miner fan never drops below 4200 anyway.

Wait, you don't have a fire suppression system with that setup? When there's that much invested you want to protect it. If you've never experienced a fire you'd think real hard about making some changes. And I'm not talking about a little stove fire from burnt butter. I'm talking about burn the house down fire.

I normally leave mine blank (100% and Auto). I did try setting the fans to 60%, 50%, 40% with no change-----No Hashing. I also tried hard/soft reboots with no change----No Hashing. I do have them separated from the group so that I can work with them. https://i.imgur.com/nqtRlyq.png

Why is it only showing 48 ASICS per board instead of 54? Did you use the wrong firmware by chance?

Besides, if you have some bridge, like airport express, you need to replug it as well. This worked for me in an identical situation.

This is S7 software but with broken boards and temp 0 yssue He sees only 48 chips I normally leave mine blank (100% and Auto). I had a single "o" disappear one time from image and count #, and was down on hashrate. Soft reboot and it was back to normal.
