I know what you mean, totally. There are situations where certain people just deserve all the hate from the community. But with an overall view, that whole thing is just bad.
In Germany, we have something where e.g. drug addicts can denounce their dealer. And they get money, depending on how much mat was found when fucking over the dealer. It's just bad.

Agree. We have similar programs in the US for criminals to avoid jail by ratting out bigger criminals. However I'd like to see all of the players in this little scam go to jail. THAT would be some funny stuff... Mullick files a whistleblower complaint, gets a reward, and still ends up in a cell next to Big Vern...

CCN story https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/lawsuit-cryptsy-proceed-planned-despite-theft-claim/When asked if Cryptsy’s claim of a theft would inhibit the filing of the class action lawsuit in any way, Mr. Silver replied: It’s business as usual. What this appears to be is possibly criminal liability. He continued, “I represent investors that lose money. The complaints against Cryptsy have been filed and we are waiting on personal service.” It’s business as usual. What this appears to be is possibly criminal liability. So they suspect criminal activity? we are waiting on personal service They have not found him to serve him? Interesting... http://www.bledsoejacobson.com/CorpOfficer.pdfI would love to be a fly on the wall when they start deposing vern and the cryptsy employees...

Does anyone happen to know if trades are also frozen on the biteba9 chinese version of Crypt-Sty? It shows a 24 hour volume in CNY but it's less than $20 US.
I know crypt-sty has always maintained it isn't their site but the domain registration alone proves otherwise. Seems like an extra layer of shady to shutdown one exchange because of "H@x0Rz" and leave another exchange running.
Also it was speculated that the wallets on bitbun9hole are actually the same wallets used by crypt-sty so now that I think about it that may account for some of the continued transactions seen on crypt-sty wallets.
EDIT: I also just now noticed that the chat on biteba9holders is hidden just as it was on crypt-sty.
