And let's not skip over the glaring bad part.
What in the hell do you all think was happening leading up to him putting it back on the exchange ?

What I've uncovered in the above is that a majority of the transactions went to an address used for the very first time. You telling me that once a client of Cryptsy has gone through all the hoops of being properly identified, Cryptsy allows any confirmed user to use whatever address they please for withdraws without first making sure that the address truly belongs to them?

Another thing I noticed is that there's myriad transactions directly to and from the various other exchanges. It must be a tier thing. HAHAHA
