I'm not sure how long this dick suckin' has been goin' on, but for the past couple days I've continue to read Cryptsy users askin' Horus for a push to facilitate pendin' withdraws while others who don't use the chat thingy to dick suck have to wait in queue for days for their withdraw requests to exit pending, some needin' to be requested because they got kicked outta the system. It truly looks like a Sandy Hook Firehouse scene over at Cryptsy.

FYI the tech support comment means the folks who live in the US. The majority of support does not.

Horus cant push a withdraw faster its not or at least was not possible to prioritize when I had an admin view.

Gonna go eat turkey now..

Sure you can't... that's like saying that I don't have preferred vendors when I'm buying product... and of course vendors would never gift tickets to a local sports game to grease the wheels... ever...

in other words... bullshit.

This space not for rent...

Sorry to here you have been disappointed with Cryptsy in the past. I can assure you that Mintsy is its own entity that will work in conjunction with Cryptsy. The familiar face will be me and Paul who is the CEO beyond that its a different crowd. This has been a partnership long in the making and I think folks are going to be very excited about what we are bringing to the table. Not much I can put out yet but when I can I will. I do hope you reconsider your opinion and hold judgement until the launch. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I guess this explains why BitJohn said in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1XCiqA2CeE - about what Mintsy had up their sleeve upon reading their reports but was unable to disclose anything then. It was right after BitJohn went into detail as to what is and isn't shared by Cryptsy with all the other crypto exchanges.

Not bad for someone who hawked Cryptsy prior to its official launch, then became a mod there, then promoted to PR, HR, etc., to handling Mintsy developed by some others with Paul Vernon owning the domain names, then left Cryptsy the same time Mintsy went kaputski.

For shits and giggles search "Road Town" (with quotes) on this forum, an address that Mintsy uses in the Virgin Islands.

Technically there are only 4 days in a month using Cryptsy Math of $25 a day limits and $100 a month, so it is never the Weekend since they never get past Thursday on a work week. Bingo just figured that one out for everyone! Holidays may have some type of leap week effect though depending if you use 1 day per week for the 4 days in the month! lmao

I of course see why they did that and makes sense in a way i suppose.. but
That low of a limit is nasty and kind of cruel to users.

http://qntra.net/2014/11/the-bitcoin-com-au-story-continues/

Quote
On the 25th and 26th of November, Qntra ran a story in which we claimed the bitcoin.com.au domain name had been deleted due to a complaint lodged with auDA which outlined incorrect registrant information. In response to that article, Qntra received a statement from Shane Murphy on behalf of digitalBTC and Zhenya Tsvetnenko which can be read here. Shane Murphy clarified that the domain name had been dropped by Zhenya in his capacity as sole director of Magna Fortis Pty Ltd and not Executive Chairman of digitalBTC, an important distinction.

Quote
Qntra has also received comment from someone claiming to be David Hollis, the original owner of the domain. His comment confirms the large amount of bureaucracy that surrounds the .com.au namespace despite auDA having relaxed the rules somewhat in recent years. The comment reads:

I was the original owner of the domain in question. I sold it because I didn't want to deal with said bullshit bureaucracy related to owning a .com.au

The domain was registered using my previous bitcoin business related ABN and wasn't updated after the sale. SEDO originally brokered the sale. Godaddy sucks and it is a nightmare to register and transfer names using them. I no longer own any .com.au domains as its not worth the hassle when you can just get a .com and not have to deal with it. I also owned bitcoin.me previously.

I have no comment on the facebook issue. bitcoin.com.au was a personal blog not a spam site. I transferred it to bitcoinpoet.com so you can go and look for yourself.

Now, go and check out the thread were the following was gleaned created by some dude with a hole in head:  Wink Wink Wink

Who is Dave Hollis at http://cosbycoin.com/ ? Was he behind The Cos attack here at BT? The only Hollis listed on the dump is: 47144,Hollis888,itdoesntsuck@hotmail.com

^^^

Evidence of what?

I dont owe you a damn thing. In fact I owe nothing to anybody nor have I stolen any bitcoins which is kinda the point of a scammer accusation.

Evidence of an convicted murder which did not care to stab seven people because a dog barked loudly next door.

I would certainly not trust a person like that.

The person didnt get convicted of murder because they have mental health issues. They were also a juvenile at the time.

Did you ever do something decades ago you're not proud of ?

http://www.animalnoises.com.au/animal-noises-articles/1992/11/28/unstable-killer-jailed/
"David Albain Hollis, 20, allegedly roamed around Meadowbank in August last year, making animal noises as he stabbed people. According to medical evidence, his mind was abnormal."

FWIW. Yes, I did things in my life I was not proud of. I've even lied about my age, as you appear to have just done. And yes, my past follows me, as you yourself have attempted to shove down my throat.

But I wish to make a statement, sir. In my past, I stood up for what I believed in. I said what I felt was right. Okay, maybe I was wrong. I grew up a little and I can admit that now. But if now, 10-15 years after the fact, I have to put up with anonymous tormail garbage saying things like 'usagi also used the name renli in the past therefore he is a scammer', then I am willing to live with that because I had good intentions and I didn't actually wrong anyone. And hey, the truth is, I paid my dues in the martial arts community. When someone puts in the time, be it piano playing, martial arts, chess, an olympic sport, whatever -- I believe one should "respect the uniform if not the man". So why don't you just let it be?

It's a sad comment that some people are so mentally deranged they would take something like the tormail letter or whatever, and try to use it as evidence in a smear campaign against me. Or something like that catchy song you keep posting. But that is life. I accept my past. Do you accept your past?

Tell you what. If you apologize to me about what you have said, if you admit that you were just accusing me of a crime, that you had no evidence, etc. then I will forgive you. Immediately.

fwiw I was 18 in 1992. Should I post my birth certificate to prove it ?

I don't really care, I just want an apology and I want the smear campaign to stop. If you admit that you don't actually have any evidence that (for example):

a) CPA is/was ever insolvent *(do you have the financial records?),
b) I have created preferential shares of CPA / I have scammed shareholders of CPA or BMF by selling a single *(do you have proof that BMF or CPA had clear ownership that single, or do you have material evidence disputing the statement it was personally owned?)
c) any other instance such as where you called the existance of the CPA liquidity loans into question

If you can just give me an apology for what you said and then stop, I won't have any complaint here, I will forgive you, and will not pursue this matter any further in any regard. I really do not want to be in this thread right now so let's just close it okay?

You must be getting pretty desperate to resort to blackmail. Someone getting a little too close?

Why does usagi sound like Leroy Fodor when Leroy's lyin' his motherfuckin' ass off?

David Hollis is Bitcoin OZ.

Exactly! Users could send in $1,000 worth of coins and before even one trade it will take you 10 months to get your money Out or off the Exchange... This limit should only be on your profits! And it is worded $25 a day so people will not realize until it is too late that $100 is the real limit. This is deceptive!

So people that guy above me commenting "CryptoNick" was not Trolling Wink
They REALLY do have a limit like that..

I of course see why they did that and makes sense in a way i suppose.. but
That low of a limit is nasty and kind of cruel to users.
What if you sent money over then noticed after and did NOT want to get verified to a higher tier ?
You'd be screwed LOL

Exactly! Users could send in $1,000 worth of coins and before even one trade it will take you 10 months to get your money Out or off the Exchange... This limit should only be on your profits! And it is worded $25 a day so people will not realize until it is too late that $100 is the real limit. This is deceptive!

In Vernonville, the practice is referred to as factual reserve trading.

Just throwing it out there as i havent seen it asked but

Why did Bitjohn leave Cryptsy?

He is here answering questions but i havent seen this asked or answered. Was it due to conflicts of interest? ethics? better job offer?

Also why open a china arm if your platform doesnt work correctly for withdraws? Does opening to chinese customers bring in more btc so there are more funds to ease a hidden insolvency? Hey its a curiosity but going on 4 weeks now and cryptsy doesnt address the public outside generic problem statements so i believe we are entitled to speculate.

Also nobody has considered this. Back when the hardware died a few months back there was withdrawal issues. The backend auditing on their redis fooked up and withdrawals went through without check. i know because i tried to withdraw 6-7 million digibyte. i did the email confirm but it never came. i did it 3 more times out of frustration and lo and behold 20 mins later i got 21 million dgb in wallet not 6-7 million. a day later with a neg balance i get a email from horus saying glitch return the dgb or we will get it back through collection agency means and my account was frozen. It was THEIR fuck up not mine. i returned the sgb but believe i was still out 600k through there system. I asked horus through email to look into it and many times in chat box. He said countless times he'll do it personally and never did. If people withdrew from outside countries with no law repercussions and ran with 50-100 btc each this would hurt them right?

If you are reading horus can you kindly do this i asked enough :/ i think me doing the right thing and a personal unfullfilled promise is poor form.

My point on all this is what if others did the same and drained huge amounts of btc from hot wallet? how many btc does the hot wallet have? 200? 2000? This could be a reason and this exacerbated by the btc rise when everyone wanted btc out?

I have the emails, date stamps and transactions i can post if needed. Just another angle.
Im not being a conspiracy nut but i find 4 weeks for any business on a code issue to be fishy. Thoughts?

That limit is only for Tier 0 at Kraken that limit is ZERO money. KYC is the law after all not a Cryptsy law but like a no shit requirement. Tier limits are a thing at every legitimate exchange. Never understood why folks cannot grasp that. To run an exchange you have to comply with laws to do business. Unless your BTC-e of course. I was still there when the tier system was drawn up and it is completely based off of Kraken's.

The minimum information required to match someone against the SDN list and OFAC is Name DOB, city, country. So Tier one requires those things.

Gleb all the tier 1 tech support is overseas (Americans are expensive)... Don't bug that poor Karen Smith lady your way off.

Before you mention KYC you might want to look it up and understand it...  So... I'll throw the complete and utter bullshit flag on your statement.

KYC is a law that mandates identification which differs in regulation from country to country.  For the US, where Cryptsy is based, KYC mandates complete identification for all transactions under it's purview... not just those over $100/month.  You (Cryptsy) has a broad tier system applying to all customers which means that you would have to follow the most stringent (US policy/law).

That's something you might be able to grasp.

If I'm wrong, prove it.

Its incredibly hard work for not enough money 24/7 365. Rather move on to other things. There were lots of Layoffs at Cryptsy this year.

Honestly very few coins interest me anymore, and the altcoin scene has gone way down hill. I'm still happy with PPC and BTC haha.

The China thing was in the works long ago different company different investors.

Ill let Horus do his job on the other questions.
