[ANN] Expanse (EXP) - 1st Stable fork of Ethereum (New Algo + PirlGuard)

Can you give me a list of changes that have been made to EXP since it has been forked from ETH please?

I'm looking for a coin to invest in but need more input on the amount/quality of development that has been going on here.

Can someone please reply to my question?

I checked out these two repositories:

ran a diff and excluded everything that was just a changed name. Not much left there. Need some hints where to look for it.

Now as this coin is on azure I want to invest as soon as possible, but only after I've done my own research.

Sure, ethereum is a great platform from which to build. Alot of thought has went into it and goes into it. So there are a few things we wanted to change.

We changed the following...

- blockreward
- genesis block
- diff retargeting divisor
- higher max gas
- slower blocktime to make mining more efficient, will be lowered once a solid PoS solution is created.

We are taking a more modular approach that is loyal to only the best solutions. Currently the best solution is near vanilla ethereum,but in the future that might not always be the case. Especially with new and competing system being developed, like hyperledger.

The stack basically looks like this. From top to bottom.

DAPPS - mostly done in javascript
Solidity - for writing contracts
EVM - the ethereum virtual machine
Proof of Work - consensus mechinism
Distributed Ledger
Local storage

Alot of these pieces can be swapped out. For instance, Do we always want proof of work? Or maybe DPOS might be good, or maybe something new that hasnt been invented yet. What about the the virtual machine, why not use docker or unikernels also?

All ready sold most of mine  5200 at 0.00320963 two weeks ago still have 2500 left .Just sounds like a bunch of B.S about Microsoft being a partner with Expanse .Looks more like Expanse Team paid for Azure services Like i did. And whats happening with bittrex Half of the wallets are down

Bittrex wallets are hosted by Azure. If you see them down en masse, it means Azure went crap once again. You don't get surprised every time your Windoze BSODs, no reason to get worried over this either.

Not worried about it it's just the second time in the last 24 hours it's happened and I'm over the max limit on supernova wallet for EXP and Shift and can't move it to  bittrex

I have been a little away from Expanse but now I am seeing very promising things coming for this exciting dapp platform. Everything looks great! The new logo, Microsoft's partnership and price movement means EXP has a very bright future. I am really impressed the way that this crypto is headed right now. Time to buy more cheap EXP before it's too late.
