Yes I think we do

We could use more ads on the street and on tv

There are already a bunch of ads online so why not offline?
yeah true, we can try to offline advertising, try to introduce to the community such as street banners?

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

That could be a good idea to start with , but as you said "children" , so make sure it's something beautiful and fun so they get it on the first place , I'd like to hear more about the Bitcointalk YouTube channel idea , What are you planning to add there ?

It's never enough to advertise bitcoin , because we are in a war with the other side (banks , media , governments ... ) Media for example try to convince people that only Terrorists and criminals use Bitcoin on the Dark-web which is not true  , same goes for for governments just couple of days ago .. Ukraine trying to convince their citizens to use use other payment methods that reserve the user protection and that kind of things ..

yes ,there is a great need of the advertisements of bitcoins .
because with the advertisment of bitcoins the use of bitcouns will  increase ,and the more use of bitcoins will results into the increases the value of bitcoines .
i have also advertise the value of bitcoins through my personal site and Facebook .
according to my thinking this is a great idea for the advertisement of bitcoins

you just need merchants to adopt bitcoin

for example amazon adopting bitcoin would count as advertisement, which will bring more people into play

if people don't use bitcoin so much is because there are no one big, accepting them, so merchants need to do the first step

Yes but how likely is it that amazon would accept Bitcoin?
Not that much it seems. So we have to look for other ways to gain more users.
I hope Open Bazaar can help here out a bit in the mid to long run.

Yes it right , but how big merchants like amazon , ebay , and etc trust with bitcoin ? Cheesy

Its very hard to make amazon and etc trust in bitcoin, because bitcoin have their unwanted flaws, like anonymously, vulnerable to hackers and etc.Cheesy
I would suggest eBay over Amazon.

they need the support for the government, they need to have a regulated payment system, this is the reason why they are not accepting it

besides that the 1MB limit will significantly limiting all the customers thta may begin to use bitcoin if amazon will enter in play

Openbazaar will definitely help and we need to keep working on solutions like this and keep concentrating on ourselves.

I am also sure that one day Amazon will adopt Bitcoin. It's just a matter of time!

I don't think we really need to go out do the advertising for bitcoins to attract more users. But if more and more businesses start accepting bitcoins as a payment option then surely many people come to know bitcoins but as of now bitcoins are more limited to gambling activities so common people may not be interested buy even though they are aware of bitcoins.

This is not wrong but education is much better than advertising it.

If bitcoin starts sponsoring a big soccer team in Europe, that would greatly increase it's exposure.

Well in exposure yes, but would those sponsor make the interest into bitcoin be bigger then the current one?I mean some may search about what it is but it cant keep anonymous for the most, usual football publicity is related to something you already know.I believe with some good youtube ads we will achieve the online people and later can do those ads into tv,but well governments will maybe restrict them or fight against it soo or later bitcoin will boom.
