This kinda annoys me due to the ignorance of people not knowing what happens during a halving process, the supply goes down so the demand goes up... You have to know this from basic eco but some dont i guess.

Quite right, but I think in BTC the effect is quite unpredictable. Yet there is a huge chance that btc blooms up in near future(long term)

Exactly, I haves the same feeling that pump is over now and we wont see higher price in coming days, but being positive, I am holding my coins till halving, if any miracle happens then can earn higher profits.

Don't just hold, but trade. These days are the best to trade your coins and make a fortune out of them.
You will get better results if you trade good, I mean get in at lowest and sell it higher.

Don't just hold, but trade. These days are the best to trade your coins and make a fortune out of them.
You will get better results if you trade good, I mean get in at lowest and sell it higher.

Trading is quite hard, because you never now what coin will be good. That's why I prefer to hold.
Remember it cost quite some time to follow market and charts.

The halving price is already set in. I don't see the price go back to the last high at 780 anymore.
With some luck we may get to 650 again. But it will be hard.

The supply is not whats being halved its the rate at which miners are being rewarded

As far as price goes , it was a nice run , I was in at 570 and out at 750

(I woulda just held had I bought outright , but I was leveraged at 10:1 so I had to have an exit plan)

I want to get back in but dont see any signals for an entry point

However , I believe in bitcoin long-term so I may just keep buying some here and there for my wallets

If BitCoin catches on mainstream and the prices stabilize that would be great for BitCoin long term

But if people want to just pump and dump it , trade it solely for profits or abuse it in any other way it will just die a slow death

Earn , save ,collect your coins and do good things with them
 
BitCoin is very volatile and risky so remember to only buy what you can afford to lose

We are different people with different opinion cos what you believe in is not what I believe in but no one really what will happen after halving and all I can say is that if you currently have some btc, get paper wallet and keep it. But per buying time I think you guys have to wait till the price get to 400-500$ cos the effect of halving will be huge and it could lead to the increase in price of btc.

If that is going to happen then it will upset a lot people here. But I think untill the block halving is over anything is still possible. I hope for a lot volatility as a trader.

Every single support level doesn't have to be tested.  If you look at the chart immediately after the first halving, it didn't test much support at all.  It more or less slowly rose up and then went vertical, rising over 1,300% in ONE SEASON.  What makes you think it's going to break $500?  I'm no saying it will or it won't, but with the halving, it makes far less sense for Bitcoin to do down for any other reason other than a flash crash and rebound (which could happen pretty much whenever regardless of support lines)

Ironic that the price made a jump again. I think where in a stage when the price move up slowly and not making a sudden soar. Well, It's good to see that the price is not so volatile sometimes.

It's still 1st July and it's just the start, so don't worry. You will see hell loads of volatility in the markets once halving starts coming more and more near.
