Deals means there are potential big investors interested in IOTA and they want to get hold of IOTA below market rates so we are pooling IOTA for this. The big buyers have the capability to increase IOTA adoption globally they have done it before with other coins succesfully.

Ahh, thanks. Is this the "1 million iota - pm thing"? : Potential opportunityI am in the preliminary stages of negotiating a potentially big opportunity for IOTA. Now before crazy speculators start trying to exploit this for their own gain: this is still VERY MUCH in the realm of the hypothetics and absolutely NOT going to happen unless the big holders of IOTA actively engage in this to make it happen. So no one should see this as exciting until this happens. For now it's just a potential opportunityI encourage the big holders of IOTA to contact me either via contact@iotatoken.com, Ryver or PM over at http://forum.iotatoken.com to discuss further. The reason I won't leak any further info is simple: I don't want speculators to abuse this (currently) non-info to boost IOTA. If I see any retweets about this it will be the last time I ever make a public call.

Keep in mind, when you commit Iota to the Foundation, it's a donation. When you commit Iota to "Deals" you are agreeing to sell Iota to investors, so you will get BTC in return. Either one is a good contribution to Iota and "Deals" will allow some to contribute who can't afford to give away Iota to Foundation.

What is the price that we expect to sell @ for the "Big deal"?
2500 sats (market cap ~$12M) seems popular in OTC trading

2500 sats (market cap ~$12M) seems popular in OTC trading Yea, but these potential buyers won't buy at (currently quite illiquid) market rate when they know that their association alone (not to mention their future efforts) will boost IOTA by a significant amount. This is a symbiotic relationship, we can't expect to be parasites on their previous success which has given them the position they are in.

2500 sats (market cap ~$12M) seems popular in OTC trading That's why I called you the price-setter. That's flattering but I based my price (2500) on the CfB escrow deals that had transpired before, and then maybe added 500 sats Certainly its a price that many people are willing to pay for IOTA so I guess the question is do you pay more or less than that if you're buying a vast quantity? Yea, but these potential buyers won't buy at (currently quite illiquid) market rate when they know that their association alone (not to mention their future efforts) will boost IOTA by a significant amount. This is a symbiotic relationship, we can't expect to be parasites on their previous success which has given them the position they are in.
Im inferring this means the price may be lower than 2500 EDIT: These buyers are organizations? or individuals?

Less than half the current rate @1000 sats seems more than generous. Especially since you'd be creating a whale. Let's not sell our souls in the hope of success.
