Early January is not really that bad, remember the league is starting at 22th of December, so that is like maybe missing only 2 weeks of games. Plus this season is shortened, and Celtics can make it to playoffs even without Kemba anyway.

So they need him to play a bit before the playoffs in order to get into shape and have match fitness, when he has that, he should be ready to go, like 20 regular games + playoffs from Kemba would be more than enough.

However I should warn that this year will be teams going back and forth between their courts, instead of just staying in a bubble, which sounds very risky. We may hear about a lot of teams getting covid infection, at least one or maybe even more players could get it, and if that happens in playoffs that could change soooo much of the situation, I fear it could even be the deciding factor for the champions if things go wrong.

Good evening, lately they are having several changes of players in the teams of the NBA.

My question is, do you think these changes will make the league more balanced?
Which team will benefit more? And which team will be harmed in these exchanges?

It doesn't matter whether a team will change its roster or not. Other teams wouldn't care for others change in roster because it's a management decision if they'll be taking someone from other team or there will be a trade of their players.
A roster change is always part of the NBA business for these team franchises. You don't have to worry about balancing or not, that's a usual thing in NBA.

Celtics caliber can work it out, they still have scorers who can fill that gap while Walker is still in bench. He can take all the rest that he needs to get a better shape when he's already available to playback.

So they need him to play a bit before the playoffs in order to get into shape and have match fitness, when he has that, he should be ready to go, like 20 regular games + playoffs from Kemba would be more than enough.

It's needed to blend him up to his team mates before moving to another round, adjustment is in need being  done, and aside from that he's physical and mental condition needs being well prepared once he's availability already been approve.

However I should warn that this year will be teams going back and forth between their courts, instead of just staying in a bubble, which sounds very risky. We may hear about a lot of teams getting covid infection, at least one or maybe even more players could get it, and if that happens in playoffs that could change soooo much of the situation, I fear it could even be the deciding factor for the champions if things go wrong.

This risk is very possible, travelling the normal way would bring risk to each people not just the players but the team as whole might be infected of the virus. Strict compliance of all protocols needs being applied to any involve people from this league.

Guard Kemba Walker, an All-Star last season, will be out until at least early January as he works to strengthen his troublesome left knee. Per the team, Walker consulted with multiple specialists in early October and received a stem cell injection in his left knee. Afterward, he was put on a 12-week strengthening program.

He is expected to return to on-court activities in early December, but his status for game availability won’t be known until at least the first week of January, the team said.

These are one of the reasons why we should not expect much even with a super built roster.

On the other hand, the Pelicans are looking great with their roster now.
Bledsoe, Zion, Ingram, Adams, and Ball. I think it's a strong 1st team, especially below the rim.

Yeah the Pelicans are lookimg good.  They hit gold with Zion.  Watched him play tons at Duke and last year his game transitioned well in the nba.  A lot of people were saying he doesn't have a true position, and that might be true, not as a bad thing but as a good thing.  To agile for bigs, too powerful for small forwards and guards.  He is a matchup nightmare on the court.  They have a lot of youth they just need to gel especially on the defensive end and they will be a force.

Adams will be able to show how great he is as a center, and Zion now will be comfortable with his position. These starters really have balls, they are a bad boys who can attack the rim due to their height. Bledsoe can be aggressive as well like he always does, so I would say this team is interesting but who is the PG here, is it Ball or Bledsoe?

It's Lonzo Ball who is listed as the Point Guard, but this could change depending on the approach of the coaching staff though.
Also, I'm looking at their salaries in that link above, and I'm glad to see that Ingram finally a good salary, next to Steven Adam of course.

He is making $27 million this year, Adams will make $29 million.

Additional info. The Toronto Raptors will be staying at Tampla Florida as their home court because there are still cross border restrictions in Canada.

I think they already have strict protocols to follow upon the beginning of the NBA season, and they're as well looking forward for the vaccine to be available for public use.
Nevertheless, this isn't the fans concern anyway, this is on the NBA management's edge, and I believe everything is planned just like how the NBA bubble in Orlando has been successful.

They do have it now.
Adams is one hell of a defender below the rim and then they have the long span of Ingram which could now focus on defending guards and small forward shooters.
If things go well to this young players they might now make it to the playoffs.
That means less injuries.

I have the hunch that the new coach will implement his own strategy and try new approach to the new specially that they want to start new with this season. Although coach Lue was part of the assistants of former Clippers coach Rivers, he will be familiar with the plays and could just add some some of his if needed.

They were healthy last season, so I believe the problem was really the coaching, reason why Doc Rivers was fired, so this is a new opportunity for a new coach to handle a good team, they might not be as good as the Lakers but they have a shot to beat the Lakers in a series, they just have to continue winning in the early rounds of the playoffs.

There is a leaked of Christmas day schedule, I'm excited to watch this team because all of this teams are my top tier or the teams that my favorite in both western and eastern teams. The teams that gonna play in Christmas day are the Pelicans at Heat, Warriors at Bucks, Nets at Celtics, Mavericks at Lakers and Clippers at Nuggets. I do not know if these rumors are true but if it then for sure that many viewers and bettors like me that are currently excited. What I want to watch live is the mavs vs lakers because it is a fight between the two triple double machine player which is Lebron and Luka where they have both a lot of triple double in the last season and of course in playoffs. I want also to see the Pelicans because for sure that their new players improve like Zion and Lonzo.

What I am wondering is in what shape will be teams that were in finals or payed conference finals since their players had very little time off.  I would expect them to start training very late. Lakers and Heat played last game on 12th October so only 7 weeks ago.  For their players to be perfectly ready for Christmas game they should already started with workouts a month ago. That would give them less then a month to turn basketball off from their mind. If they risk to be ready for Christmas they might fatigue when playoffs start. I think this season will be even more surprising as was last one.

Late or not for a training a real talent or a determinated player in the game will not make that as an excuse. I think that's the new normal NBA put them in as well and they should endure it this time around.

That's great. I am going the other way though since I am a Nuggets fan.  
But yeah, new head coach and roster being overhauled so I think there will be quite a change on how the plays will work.

Tyronn Lue already made a championship and he can handle stars.
I just don't know what approach he will make with Kawhi and PG13.
