I am happy for Harden for being traded finally. Because Rockets don't seem to gather themselves together. Harden has been complaining about it. I think Kyrie-KD-Harden trio will do awesome things together.

That's the expectation, they are now the favorites in the East and hopefully Harden's decision to play with the Nets is not a wrong. I thought Lebron can only build a super team, but here they are, they build a super team, I think this team is better than the Warriors big 3 with KD playing.

I'm excited to see the first game they will all play.

The Harden trade was escalated quickly, literally after the 2 game blowout against the Lakers, I woke up the next morning and baaam Harden was already traded to the Nets.
Just right before the season started, Harden already lost his interest in pursuing the Rockets to win a championship, instead he showed interest in Joining the Nets. So, I guess this explains why the trade was executed like instantly.

Well, now the Nets are the second favorite right next to the Lakers as the top spot, everyone is looking forward to see these teams in the Finals.

It's the same story for Harden to be honest, they blow their opportunity, not once but twice against Golden State. Chris Paul criticized him in the media, and it's obvious that he is instrumental in Paul being traded. Then he got Westbrook, still the same story for him. Then they acquire John Wall, still they are not winning so now he demanded himself to be traded. And there are rumors that he and Wall are not getting along:

Nets lost their mind on this because they are chasing a championship, they forget that those three players are gonna have a hard time adjusting, they are all want to have their ball in hand, that's sometimes the issue with star players they don't want to outlast because they need attention, if the two of them won't adjust and give in to one star player I'll bet this its gonna be the worse big three ever especially Irving want to be the guy same with durant.

This is an intense pressure for the team if they're greed enough for championship, without even thinking the effect for their players. That doesn't solve or even help them to reach their specific target, what's important right now is to study briefly the weakness of their opponent. Everything will follow, and they should always bare in mind the sportsmanship which is a basic thing in basketball. Certainly, adjustments would take more days before everything will become satisfactory over them.

As if it has not happened before, we've seen some superteams already and they are successful, Lebron joined Miami and they won, back to Heat with Irving and Kevin Love, they won also, so most probably they are looking at it and they follow the same path.

These big 3 of nets can produce 30 points at an average per night, but things are different now since they'll get lower shot attempts and we can see more of their accuracy than their points due to that.

All I can say is I'm happy since East and West are now balance in terms of star players.

I do look interesting with Irving-Harden duo rather than with Irving-KD . A good ball handler plus having those penetrative drive in paint plus
having some good passes into a good 3-point or mid-line shooter? that would really be a good combination. Rockets had just lost their main star
but i would say that this is just a good call and Harden does really need some new team mates that would be mixing out into his capabilities or playstyle.

Irving, KD, Harden are looking better individually, but if we compare them with the roster of GSW in previous years, the Nets will look worse as a team. I'm almost sure that they can't win a title this season because this big trio will have a problem with team chemistry.

So... I placed a bet in Q2 of the 76ers vs Heat game, with 76ers to win and under 238.5 points total. Now it's very clear at this point that Heat can't catch up to 76ers, even though Shake Milton was substituted out apparently after scoring 76ers 19 points, but I guess rest your good players after they hit the ball home, right?

Under 283.5 points is something I am more worried about, last time I got my bet screwed by a single point difference, by I believe I am in safe territory today.

Now Nets are doing it again, they gave up 4 picks, and 4 swaps, that means for the next 8 years they will not pick any good players from the draft unless they got very very lucky from swaps or second rounds, they need like a manu ginobili type of situation so it will be quite tough.

I heard this statement in youtube and they will surely be a big problem if their opponent cannot compete them on scoring since they will create a big mess in the court since  many player will get a problem to guide them since the three of them is dangerous scorer. Exactly, it's a big gamble that Brooklyn has taken on Harden, all we can hope that it can give them good dividends this year, going to the Finals. Another catch is that we don't know if Durant will opt out with his contract.

Not only to bring the team to the Finals, but to win the NBA Finals, that would be so remarkable for him being the first year coach of the Nets. There's a lot of inconsistency on the team now, but eventually they'll improve and it's good that they were complete this early so these 3 big names will have more time to build good chemistry.

For me, I disagree. Durant, Irving, and Harden are superstars. These players will be blamed instead by most critics if they fail this year. The pressure is on those superstars as everyone is now expecting good on them. And Harden just claimed that the Rockets is not the team he can win with a championship. Expecting critics will always revive that statement once they fail.

When Miami Heat formed a big trio, Coach Erik Spoelstra didn't receive much backlash even working as a coaching staff for long compare to Steve Nash, but the blame went to their superstars instead, Lebron James, which already has lots of critics, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. The same will goes if the Nets failed to win the championship this season.

And not only Lillian and CJ McCollum were being fenced out by the Pacers, they distracted them so much that it had the effect of making them miss their shots. Trail Blazers almost never had the lead the whole time and you can imagine that Pacers were feeling like bosses during the whole second quarter once they secured and maintained a double-digit points lead.

Poor Nurkic though, he got a fracture during Q3 and had to stop playing, according to ESPN. But Trail Blazers astonishingly managed to at least eat at Pacers' lead even without him.
