Steph Curry had an off night. It happens. I think the young guys gave him a little bit of trouble. Wiggins played well though and has shown a lot of improvement since joining the Warriors. Last year you saw it in his defense but this year you’re really seeing him get more comfortable with the ball and taking over the offense. I can’t wait to see what this team looks like when Wiseman and Thompson come back.

Just imagining it gives me the chills. It will be something new if we will see GSW making plays for Wiseman since they are not really used to it.
Steve Kerr might already have some plans written just for him when he comes back. But for now, all we see is the same play being used over and over again and it still works. What more if they could stretch it out with something new. 

Denver Nuggets are now on a winning spree despite MPJ being out with a back injury. 5 winning streak to be exact and they could be the wild card that no one expects especially when Murray suddenly comes back.

I watched the second half of the Jazz - Heat game last night. And it was very delightful to watch I must admit. In the third quarter, Heat got a great series and the quarter score was 21-37. They were 95-69 ahead before the start of the last quarter. After seeing this huge gap, I took it for granted that Heat would obtain a comfortable victory here. But Jazz made an awesome comeback and decreased the gap to even 4 points when there was a little time left to the end (105-109). Heat made two free-throws and it came to 105-111. And Jazz missed a very critical three-pointer which caused them to lose the game by this score. But I was delighted with the efforts of both teams.

One thing I've learned this season's games is that there are not comfortable lead, any team sitting on a 20 point lead going into the fourth quarter is not totally safe. We have seen huge comebacks as early as less than 20 games already.

What really happen is that the Heat was able to hold off the Jazz, although the Jazz mounted a big comeback it wasn't enough, it could have been closer if Clarkson hit that 3 with 6 seconds remaining.

It was really the case man. I've also learned it.    Jazz's comeback was just delightful. They didn't give up on this game even though they were 26 points behind. Maybe they couldn't win but their big effort was worth appreciating a lot. In the end, these teams both had a good start to the season. So every one of us would expect a close fight from them. I hope that we can see these teams at top places at the end of the regular season also. They deserve it.

Good observation there. I have seen many come backs before but as time passes by, a 20 point lead is nothing when the other team is hitting desperation threes or the leading team's defense becomes lazy.
One of the good reasons why a huge lead cannot be sustained is that most players in the NBA today has become more efficient in hitting 3's, young generation are explosive and can do damage from deep or inside the paint.

I'm wrong with my prediction, I thought that the Warriors will win tonight. Yeah, Steph just had one of his off nights as he can't fight his shooting rhythm.

And that's always possible if a team is a good 3 point shooter, Jazz is one of the best 3 point shooting team in the NBA, they only lose because of their lack of defense but their offense is great. Their starters are great 3 point shooters,

3 Bojan Bogdanovic
4 Royce O'Neale

All these 4 players are good 3 point shooters, plus they also have Clarkson in the 2nd unit who can explode anytime.

Wait until Klay Thompson comes back, they will be a better team because they already have the chemisty.
Their win streak is over but Warriors are still a threat, they could be a champion this season because I'm never seen them play as good as what they are showing to us in the past few seasons after Durant left.

I guess the MPJ makes them better because when he was still playing he does not provide the numbers he used to get, so less error makes this team better. The win against Portland is huge, I can still remember when they meet in the playoffs and until now Denver still owned the Blazers.

I love how Steph smiled at the end of the game, I really think he's aiming for that revenge game the next time they face the Hornets, it was an off-night for Steph and games like these fuels the whole team up to do better next game. On the other hand, Rozier was hot in the 4th quarter giving GS a head of an ache, 10-2, still the best record so I think they'll do better next game.

What a ballgame between the Hornets and the Warriors. Hornets though edging the favourite Warriors by 4 points

It was Terry Rozier who provided solid offense down the stretch. They've limited Curry to just 24 points and not his usual shooting night. So Warriors winning streak was snapped today. I thought that Warriors are going to cover the spread -8.5 or at least force a OT, but Rozier out jump Green in the jump ball.

The match between Hornets and GSW was just simply amazing to watch. It was neck and neck the entire match but at the end, the Hornets were able to snatch away the victory against the best record team. Though like you mentioned, Curry had an off night but several key players on the Warriors played their respective roles for future development.

Wiggins had an amazing night where he showcased on why he was the previous No. 1 pick. Glad to see Kuminga back but I do hope that Looney practices his free throws as this will haunt him for the rest of the night. The jumpball between Rozier and Green was tough to watch especially during crunch time.

Jokic shows the leadership that this team is looking from him, a classic Joker who knows the best in how to distribute the ball so well. They are silently moving back on top again, number  3 now with the current standing from the Westside.

It's good to see that there's no real heavy favorite now, a lot of teams who really stepping up placing the fans to be more exited every time the game was set for their respective teams.

Therefore it's very important that Jokic will stay cool because he is now the target of their opponents so they can distract him. If Jokic is focused, he can be a double-double machine or even a triple-double machine because he is very smart, a big man with a good vision in the court, or let's just say an all-around player.

Now they are up for a challenge against the Mavericks who has a hot Luka with a good teammate KP, I'm sure this game is an exciting game to watch.

Bulls vs Lakers should be a good one tonight. I unfortunately won’t be able to watch, but I’ll be awaiting the highlight reel. Maybe it’s nostalgia, but I love it whenever these two teams match up against each other. With how hot the Bulls have been lately I think the Lakers have their hands full, but they should be getting LeBron back soon so hopefully they are ready to switch gears and go on a winning streak. I think the Bulls might get them tonight though.

Yes it's a back to back game for the Bulls but it's also the same with the Lakers, and also the Bulls did not have to travel as they are playing in LA which I think if they are tired, the Lakers are also tired. They are professionals with good trading, so a back to back game is nothing, and for sure we will see a great game with of course the Bull are winning in the end.

Last game against the Clippers. DeRozan scored 35 points while Lavine has 29, they should not have a problem with the Lakers' defense and still be as productive as they were against the Clippers.

I have to say Warriors finally lost again, been a while since they lost, it is clear to me that they are not going to have that big win season but they are not going to do badly neither. It is going to be fine, it is going to be something decent, but I doubt that they could go on this way. If they keep this up, they would lose somewhere along the lines of 10-15 games only, and that would mean something like 65 or more wins.

I believe they will end up with 60 wins at most, probably not even that much. They are overachieving right now, I do not expect them to do as well as they have so far and slow down eventually. People didn't expect them to be this great, but I am sure everyone will be more careful against them in the near future.

Yeah the nugs should be fine and a big player in the west all season. And I can't agree more, the west is completely up in the air.  I've been most impressed with the Jazz and GS so far.  Will be interesting once klay is available again and how effective he will be will go a long way to understanding how good gs will be this year.  Calling it now I can see the Lakers maybe...maybe winning one series.  They aren't built to beat a team like the jazz.

Depends on who's hot or worst. Sometimes even with consistent performance, there's a time that the worst night will occur. It always happened even on superstars. From what I'm seeing, both teams always end up with big offensive points. Not that their opponent is not good on defense but their shooting percentage is just good.

I might put money on Total U/O here in the side of Over.
