Just saw an interesting video about the finals. Fun fact, if the Pacers would win this series they would be the team with the highest odds to win the championship before the season.
Also their odds pre season would be the 4th highest odds ever to win in sports all over the big 4 leagues in North America ( NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL ), that's crazy. This just shows how BIG of an upset this would be.
Even leading 2:1 in the series, with home court advantage, they are still the underdog to win those finals. I mean yeah, I also don't think they will pull it off, but they can certainly prove me and most people wrong of course.

Well, if the Pacers win the next game, they won't be the underdogs.

I wonder what the odds were for the Pacers to win the title before the regular season even began. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some risky guys who decided to bet on them back then.

They have been the underdog in the first 3 games, and if they win here, the game will be in the Thunder's homecourt, so they might still be a huge underdog. Most likely the outright could be double digit odds for them to win the NBA title or even higher.

Yeah, not sure if someone within the community has bet on them, but if they did, maybe they are very nervous and at the same time excited to see if the Pacers are going to pull the biggest upset in the NBA history, at least in the recent memories that we have in the NBA finals.

Its given since many knows how strong OKC this season. But Pacers so far prove that they are a game changer and that's what they are showing now in this finals series.

Although many question their consistency but they manage to defeat OKC on game 1 and 3. Also if they manage to defeat OKC on game 4 then provably the sentiments change since many would thing that OKC would struggle to recover since its hard for any team to have a come back coming from 3-1 deficit.

If they win this is huge season to remember for Pacers especially no one expect for them to reach this far especially for winning the championship this season.

Odds wise they are always be the underdogs on this series since bookies will always assume that OKC will recover on the next game. Maybe the odds for Pacers will be just low compared to their odds on the previous matches.

People will keep betting on OKC on each game. I think Pacers will just be the favorite to win the championship on outright bet not on the per game bets.

It’s normal for them to be the underdog, even at the start of the playoffs, they were already seen that way. Sure, they were slight favorites by the odds in Game 1, but that was mainly because Lillard wasn’t healthy. So technically, they’ve been the underdog from the start going into the NBA Finals.

Now it’s another chance for the Pacers to prove themselves. I think if they win Game 4, that’s when they’ll really start earning respect, and people will actually believe they have a shot at winning the championship.

Probably you are getting an opinion from people that supports OKC. On my facebook wall all I can see is people supporting Pacers to become champion.

To be fair, There’s a split opinion now on who will championship considering that the series is already 2-1 in favor to Pacers.

There’s still a lot of OKC fans that support them since they already encountered this tough spot before and win.

Yes, they can surprise us. I was not expecting them to go this far, and in fact, I always bet against them during the playoffs, thinking they would be swept or 4-1 by another team. But after watching their games, I could really see why they are winning. They are playing fast-paced games, which is the new NBA, and it works. They have a young team that could run a full-court press for almost 48 minutes of the game. It's like watching a college basketball team with high-energy pro players.

Anyway, Game 4 later. The Pacers are underdog again @2.80. This can be profitable for the risk takers. Good luck!

That odds is less juicy compared to their previous odds considering that OKC has a high chance on winning back game 4.

I will wait for the live games before I start betting on ML but for sure I will bet to Haliburton props since he is the most profitable for me on this series.

Tomorrow will the the Game 4 of the Finals and i am still betting for the Pacers and get the 3-1 for the Finals.
It is a good insurance for the series! specilly that they are going to OKC homecourt for the game 5.

This is probably going to be the best game of the Finals tonight. Oklahoma City Thunder are pretty much in a must win situation and it is Friday night. The Indiana Pacers will be looking to get that 3-1 lead and all but ensure themselves the title and OKC will give it there all to try and tie the series up.

Bennedict Mathurin became the 5th player to score 25+ points in an NBA Finals game before the age of 22.

Mathurin is a really great player. Especially lately I can say. Because he is making a serious contribution despite not even being a starting five player. He is able to score this many points only in around a 20-minute of performance. 


Yeah tonight is likely to be epic! Because I expect a much better Thunder on the court. Time to get their first away win of the series. Thunder -6.5 @1.93 looks really attracting to me.

I think Shai will also score solid. Shai Over 33.5 @1.87 is another risk I might be willing to take.

Indiana can make it 3-1 tonight. They play very effectively on their home court.
If the series is 3-1, Indiana will most likely be the champion this year. OKC has a lot of players who will not give up. Shai will do his best to win tomorrow with a last-ditch effort.
If Indiana does not have a player who makes a difference, I think OKC can win the game. OKC is my favorite

The result of Game 3 was the opposite of my expectation. I thought Thunder would be the one to get ahead there and then Pacers would equalize it. Pacers have no joke about this. They have been underestimated by bookmakers really hard so far. But they continue to prove them wrong. But tonight in Game 4, I don't think Pacers will make it 3-1. It would be too much to be honest. They are still the underdog and I expect Thunder to answer them the same way they did after starting the series 1-0 behind.

If Pacers should make it 3-1, then it's most likely game over, I'm not fully convinced about the Pacers just yet to be honest, and that's solely because they difference between them and OKC Thunder in Game 3 was their bench unit, so what about on a night when their bench unit is just their bench unit, I mean Nembhard and Nesmith did terrific job on Shai defensively but without that bench unit they still might not have won that game, I'd like to see Nesmith and Nembhard provide offensive spark as well if I'd be riding with the Pacers to win the whole thing. OKC Thunder still lack a bit of experience imo, they hardly learn and make necessary adjustments in-game, they always need that one loss to adjust, let's see how it plays out tonight. I still don't have a bet yet, perhaps close to the tip-off, or just sit this one out and enjoy the game.

That’s what makes Indiana different as there’s no real superstar on the team, and if you could name one, his main job is to share the ball and make everyone better. I’ve seen games where Hali struggled but they still managed to win. Or just look back at Game 1, where they pulled off the win despite a lot of turnovers.

So don’t be surprised if the bench players step up when the starters struggle. The Pacers are great at making adjustments and they play especially well at home.

I don't think the Thunder will fall behind 3-1 in the series. If that happens, the Pacers will be the champions 90% of the time.
Tonight could even be Shai Gilgeous Alexander's night. He didn't get what he wanted in Game 3, but I think he will get it tonight.

It seems like OKC being the heavy favorite is still in their minds, even though they’re down 1–2 and still playing on the Pacers’ home court. I don’t know if it’s just because they’re fans that they continue to underestimate the Pacers, or maybe it’s because of how consistent OKC has been that they think the team is unbeatable in a best of 7 series. As a bettor, even if I’m a fan of one team, I would still bet on the opposing team. I wouldn’t miss the opportunity to win just because of loyalty. After all, it’s gambling.

That's what the crystal ball says tonight. The Thunders have to win this game or else the momentum of being the champion for this season is so close with the Pacers.

But I don't think that they'll just allow that to happen and they have some plans already that we'll see later.

They're good in offense so, they have to keep doing that and focus on it. While the Pacers are good in racing and chasing the lead of their opponents.

If we talk about what the NBA wants, obviously, they wanted to see a game 7 finals, more viewership means more revenue to them. And the one that can control the game is the referee themselves (not saying that they would, but if they make those crucial calls in favor of the Thunder, then they have a good chance to win). The Pacers started hot by having almost a double digit lead. But the OKC comes back with a good rally to tie the score at 24 apiece. This is just the first quarter though, so many things could happen and SGA didn't have his usual start. But it was Williams who are carrying the team for now. Dort also has a great start shooting from the outside.

Close game so far. Pacers up by 3 at half. We saw some though defense from both teams.
Thunder is only 1/10 behind the 3-pt line but the point difference is still too narrow. If Thunder fix their 3-pt percentage they might win the game. Haliburton needs to step up for Pacers.
