Are there any benefits for those team who didn't really shuffle their line ups? Like, there are no changes in their line up from the previous season. For what my point of view is, since they don't have new teammates, their play will still remain as is since they are the same line up for their previous games. Opposite that is when a particular team has really shuffled their line ups, like trade here, trade there, their playstyle will likely make some different, right?
I think we can use the GSW team here as a good example. They have not really changed their core team that much prior to winning their first championship and before the addition of Durant. We can still see them run the same plays but opposing teams were still having difficulty stopping them.

It's still early I guess for those bad speculations, I just want to see this tandem click.
Hopefully because it's both MVP playing together and this team has been in the WCF once, so in order to see some improvement, they need to be in the Finals. I think it's still possible, but let's see... I still have to remain optimistic for their chance, seeing new team in the NBA Finals would be more fun. Yeah we must be optimistic because even ho great these guys are still they will playing together for the first time so the chance of not getting alone is there so maybe it’s too early to predict but for me there’s a lot of problem will come along the way until they get their good partnership in this team together

But the tandem and the chemistry for the team did really clicked. I'm now seeing those streamers telling their opinions about the roster for Rockets and all they say that this is the new Lakers. Seems like everyone is expecting big with this tandem but there's more to go for the league and more interesting trades are happening.

There is always a team who aren't participating in a big market during free agency for several reasons - but they do trade players: - Reserving a space cap for a possible targeting a big fish soon that will hit the free agency - Changed of a plan because of A and B got here and there- Not enhancing nor improving the lineup for better position for NBA draft pick - Chemistry - trusting the process with the same lineup - But you know some of these teams actually shuffling their players at all especially when modifying the bench. There are lots of players in the league and why we only hear a few trades and just involving the big names? At most of the cases, minor trades especially involving an "infamous" players don't get much media attention and publicity so some people ended up thinking that other teams are not participating in trades.
I think we can use the GSW team here as a good example. They have not really changed their core team that much prior to winning their first championship and before the addition of Durant.
Back when Steph Curry is the only part of their current solid core team now, there are lots of changes in Golden State Warriors main lineup or should I say the entire lineup as part of the long rebuilding process. They struggle year by year so they do several trades and somehow able to pick a good choice in NBA draft. They drafted Thompson, Green and considered not trading them for some reasons but other players of their main lineup were traded along the way until they form a championship contender lineup. So generally, the time they are not truly changed their entire core player is "after" they won a championship and not prior. Kevin Durant is the only addition to their core lineup from there.

Yup, the Bucks didn't change anything, I mean why fix it if it is not broken? I think that's the management's philosophy and it was very clear that they are going to go and try their best again and reach the finals in the East. And since Kawhi is already out of the East, Bucks will be the team to beat in the EC. They don't care much about the trade, they could be concern how to be consistent and improved their chances by keeping the core line up.

Well, even Golden State Warriors suffered from the Toronto Raptors. Keeping the chemistry for a particular team will really help them, the defense and offense of Milwaukee Bucks are really incredible, there more room to grow on Milwaukee Bucks.

Its too early to predict right now but one thing is for sure for me, if this duo will sync the whole season they can be a NBA Finals contender.

They are very close last season, but this season there's a lot of teams to beat in the West, they need to beat the Warriors, Clippers, and the Lakers if they want to be in the finals and if they can do that, I think it's almost guaranteed that they will have the NBA championship.

I just hope this time they will be fully healthy and the new addition which is D'Angelo Russell would grow in the Warriors team. They are an experience team with young players, I can't doubt their potential.

I'll look more closely on the team that has a decent change to be in the Finals, actually Bucks was a good team but they are fully hype when they beat the Celtics convincingly, I also lose as I bet on them against the Raptors and I think they it's hard for them to beat a good team with only Giannis carrying the team, why? because he is so predictable, same team, so possibly same result.
No, I dont agree with that. They dont have that much experience in the Finals. Now, they have that. Giannis now have an idea of what he is missing. He cannot just penetrate the paint. They have their trainers and I am sure they are already making an upgrade. Lebron is almost the same when he came in. Just penetrating the paint for most of the time but shoots quite well than Giannis now. There is a lot of room for improvements with the Greek Freak and he shows it with his threes. It is not just about Giannis on that team. He had Middleton, Bledsoe and Lopez which had supported him quite well when he cannot make some points. This year though is a must win for them and it may be against 76ers which is also doing great.

I'm one of the many fans of warriors who admire Curry and Thompson with their good chemistry in the team but Durant came in, things becomes easier for them, and in deed they won twice in a row and now they are not a super team anymore, I like to see them struggle then still wins in the end.

I guess we can't call any team a super team anymore and there aren't any team now that's a favorite to win the championship. Balance has been brought back 😁 and though the warriors are by no means weak with kd's departure, a lot of teams in the west now are capable of dethroning them as western conference champs. I guess the only thing we can confidently say for now is that we'll have new champions by the end of the season. I highly doubt that the raptors are geared for a repeat.

That's what is exciting with the upcoming season of NBA. There is no absolute favorite to win the NBA Championship and the era of Superteam is finally closing. Welcome to the era of super duo. and though the warriors are by no means weak with kd's departure, a lot of teams in the west now are capable of dethroning them as western conference champs.
GSW will be struggling in the opening of the season since KT is still recuperating from his injury. We will see a reborn GSW when he comes back at the later part of the season. Curry and Green just have to carry the team for a while, while KT is out. I guess the only thing we can confidently say for now is that we'll have new champions by the end of the season. I highly doubt that the raptors are geared for a repeat.
Without Kawhi on their rooster, it is highly doubtful they will be a contender. At least they had a taste of being a champion for a year, thanks to Kawhi.

We don't discuss a lot the Nets because they are not too interesting now, Durant is not gonna play, so they are not likely to be a contender. How about the Lakers who had players that played together on a different team before? I'm talking about the reunion of AD, Cousins, and Rondo
Well, AFAI, this 3 in the pelicans before had a good chemistry, maybe they can bring in in the Lakers, but let's see first if they can blend with Lebron effectively as he is the boss in this team.

- Chemistry - trusting the process with the same lineup -
Yeah, that is also one of running on my mind. That's why I'm rooting for this season on Milwaukee Bucks, especially the MVP is here with their solid lineup. It's just sad on what happened on the finals last season, chocked maybe? Well, even Golden State Warriors suffered from the Toronto Raptors. Keeping the chemistry for a particular team will really help them, the defense and offense of Milwaukee Bucks are really incredible, there more room to grow on Milwaukee Bucks. Watch out for a brand new Giannis next season. He knows what he lacks during the last playoffs and definitely he is working on it. Even how strong they are prior to the Conference Finals, the Greek Freek was surely surprised on how the Raptors able to find their weakness even after getting the first 2 wins on their series against them. We all know that Giannis is putting so much effort for every target he desired starting from entering the NBA to getting the NBA Season MVP. He wants a rematch against the Raptors but unfortunately, Kawhi left. Giannis really wants him to stay in the East but he understands "it's NBA". With some of the much stronger teams next season, I believed Giannis will be more excited to showcase what he got.

Everybody wants their rematch. I bet even the Warriors and Sixers wants that chance to get their revenge on Kahwi with the Raptors. Everybody is talking about how Giannis would improve next season and I also hope he does because the Sixers will definitely be a tough competition. I would not be sleeping on that Celtics team also now that they got Kyrie out.

Quintin Cook also played in that Pelicans team I think, the good news is AD actually recruited Boogie which is a great big deal because he is a good player and they played together however then Pelicans didn't resigned him while AD didn't say much about it, which means it could have been "AD is happy about getting rid of Boogie" but it turns out that is not the case.
I think Rondo once had like a 20 assist game when he played with Boogie and AD as well, dude is really a beast when it comes to feeding the big man. They are going to be a good team for sure this next season but I am not sure if they will be as good as people make them out to be, sure they will be A LOT better than last year but I still think clippers are the heavy favorites. Between Pat Beverley and Kawhi and George and also having Lwill as scorer help, they are going to be unstoppable.
