Man, I can't believe at Lonzo Ball's performance he's shooting threes now with higher accuracy. I guess that his training is finally paying off. His shot is quite centered now unlike when he entered the NBA, his shot came from the left that made it unorthodox.

I love Lonzo and seeing him improving his threes now is really impressive.

It's just a single pre-season game, let's not over-react. His shooting form has indeed changed and it looks a lot more natural and clean, something he was advised to do back in his rookie season two years ago. He should not worry so much about his 3pt% though, what he really needs to do is...up his FT% which last season was at 42%, i think last amongst all guards in the NBA. To put that in perspective, SHAQ avg'd 53% throughout his entire career. 42% is just fucking pathetic and for a guard, and not only, embarrassing.

This was a weird event for him to put out a tweet supporting the hong kong protesters and china now is saying they will not be showing any nba games because it.

Agree with that, his improvement is measure through average and he needs to play more games to see if he is really consistent like what we've seen in the preseason game. Lol I remember betting in a pre season before. I did it once, I was in a local barber shop where there are number of people watching the first day of the NBA pre-season. That old man told me, you dont need to analyze the game, because they're not gonna use some of their plays and key players. Lets just bet with luck. And luckily I lost $20 bet. 😂

Yeah, I really idolize Lonzo Ball since the hype. And look at this news, AD NOT FULLY COMMITED TO LAKERS. Since LeBron is aging, he needs to work harder. Anyway, it's just a rumor, I feel that both are building a relationship very well.
Man, I didn't saw the game between Rockets and Raptors, I just saw it on highlights in youtube. Russ is playing unselfish, wow and his explosiveness is still visible.
Also, I want to point out Fred Vanfleet with his three point shots. He took an upgrade by shooting several feet before the arc. Although I'm looking forward seeing this stuff in a real game. That game was like an all star game. It's like a game to give since they are in Japan to entertain.

I think it's just a rumor. I think LeBron asked the AD to come to the Lakers to help him make a solid squad at the Lakers. but the decision to trade the young players with the AD in my opinion is not right. Pelicans have more advantages because they now have a young and impressive squads.

Most of the sportsbook have NBA preseason line as this is a major basketball league which is very popular.
I keep betting in playoffs and I used sportsbet but I'm pretty sure other websites has this kind of line, just go check it if you haven't check yet.

Now how says he can't shoot? LOL..  He made it but I don't like to count it, I would officially start counting in the regular season as that's what you called a real game. This guy is good inside but his jump shooting is aweful and I think he understands the competition that's why he develop himself and hopefully we will see some more when the regular season finally starts.

Yeah, but it is a start. It shows that he is committed to his new team that he takes the effort to improve his shooting form and maybe his percentage will improve as well. This is something the Lakers were not able to force Lonzo to do.

This one I really want to see improve his outside shooting. Even if he just reaches 30% accuracy on his 3 pts shooting, that will help his team a lot. His tandem with Embiid will be less predictable.

Honestly though, I would rather see Simmons shooting well in 3 points that Embiid improving his 3 point shooting.
Embiid is very dominant inside if he is fully healthy and he just need a teammates that are good in 3 point shooting so they will be unpredictable.

The possible problem I see when Embiid is very confident in 3 point shooting is, he might settle for long shots and he will forget to be aggressive in the inside which could give him a higher percentage shot and will help his teammates to be confident as well.

It seems you're not a Lonzo Ball fan huh, well we are the same . For me, Lonzo's perfoemance on their first pre season game is still not impressive. Actually I'm wondering right now if is it really hard to correct those arms while shooting I mean, look at bigger players such as Lebron and Lopez, they can shoot with higher accuracy despite of their tall height.

IMO Zion is better and will definitely exceed what Lonzo achieved so far. I watched their game and he is really strong, I can't see the attitudes of being a rookie at all. And for that, he really deserved to be called No. 1 draft pick .

What is everyones thoughts about Zion joining the league?  I read that alot of people are predicting him to be rookie of the year!  I really liked watching him play for Duke and was by far one of my favorite college players!

Playing in Duke and in NBA is a very different thing. He can be a superstar in College but NBA is a different level. There are lots of first draft pick that went bust before. I hope he is not just all hype and he can handle the pressure of playing in NBA. Then there is an issue with his knees. I hope he is not another rookie who never proved themselves because of injuries.

Right, there's a lot of top pick who got busted because it's either they can't really adjust to the NBA playing style. With this height, I'm sure he will be get bang a lot by the big boys, he is super athletic and I'm sure there will be players who are going to challenge him when he goes inside and go for a dunk. Or because of his knee problems, he can't really play 100% and fans and management will be disappointed with the numbers his putting.

We can wait until the regular season starts, there is a reason why he is the number 1 pick, so let's hope he will be able to make pelicans an exciting team.

Exactly, and based on his performance last game, he is truly and exciting players very big but he is agile. But he needs to adjust to NBA playing style though, I saw some glimpse of him being bodies by someone and he has a hard time fighting for it. They could be in the playoffs not because of him but there are a lot of good players in the Pelicans uniform this season.
