What comes from a great start might become a bad end for the Miami Heat. 1. Bam Adebayo will undergo a thumb surgery. 2. Butler's back problem keeps on coming back. (no pun intended) 3. Duncan Robinson shooting percentage went down to 33%. Ouch! 4. Markieff Morris neck injury. What's the future for the young inspiring team now with all this injuries that hit them? Can Kyle Lowry shoulder the young players and make them better when stepping on the floor? Will Robinson ever come back being the sniper of the team? Robinson 3-pt shooting for the last four games. 5/15 - Twolves 4/11 - Bulls 1/9 - Nuggets 0-6 - Cavs

I can't wait to see the splash brother going at it together once again!
Everyone is waiting for that moment, it was previously rumored that Thompson will return to the lineup early this month, so let's wait for that big news. In the game between the warriors and suns, what do you think about that, will the Warriors beat the Suns at home.? I don't think he is gonna play this month. Not only does he need to recover he needs to get into game shape. Pretty much not playing in the NBA will screw anyone up. I expect him to have trouble in the beginning shaking defenders. He will be more a spot shooter, and stationary is easy to cover. Not being totally pessimistic but that's a ton of time off it will take him a couple months to get into complete game shape

I am sure that GSW will try their best to get a revenge for sure. However, does it even matter all that much? GSW is the team that knows very well that what you do in regular season doesn't matter by the end of the season. If you do not win the very last game of the season then you are not doing anything. They broke the 72 game regular season record and got 73 wins, but they lost at the end and they lost 3-1 as well so it was definitely one of the worst situations ever for them.
So even if they lose to Suns, even if they become like 5th seed, none of that matters at all as long as they do win the championship, but if they do amazing at regular season, become like 75 win team by the end, and then end up losing the championship then none of that means anything, in fact it would be humiliating more than a success. Hence I do not think that they care about it all that much.

Not being totally pessimistic but that's a ton of time off it will take him a couple months to get into complete game shape It was reported that Thompson has already joined the team on practice, so that's a good sign already that he could be back soon. If this prediction is correct, this we might see him this month. If he does well and his conditioning is up and he feels like he wants to come back earlier, he will. But this is a conservative target of Christmas Day because you need time to build your conditioning back up when you miss two NBA seasons." https://ca.nba.com/news/klay-thompson-return-golden-state-warriors-injury-timeline-projected-return-date/yyqk26lfi6o61j8tyouldw8ke

I think it's better to get their revenge win in my opinion. This is players are very competitive and they want to get at you no matter what, the GOAT himself Michael Jordan takes everything personal, when they lost, his surely get back when he has a chance. And they need to go at least at higher seed to gain homecourt advantage in case of playoff berth. Lots of games that are close tonight, hard to decide and bet.

And as for the other big game, Suns managed to defeat GSW and increased their winning streak to 17 games. This is really huge for Suns and they have a chance to break the biggest streak in NBA history but there is still a long way to go for that. The biggest reason why GSW lost this game was S. Curry's inadequate performance I think.
Yeah, likely the reason why GSW lost is because of that. Suns is very underrated, there were only a few fans talking about their winning streak. Even for the media, they're not putting that much attention to it. But now that it's been noticed by a lot of fans, there's already a coverage for their winning streak, good luck further to them and hopefully they make another record breaking winning streak. It's good for them to be underrated though, just look at what they did to the GSW, tough defense, shut down Curry and then continue with their winning streak. Too bad that Booker went down with an injury and hopefully he can return back soon so continue their streak because he is a big part of this team. But for sure, GSW and Curry will be back, specially when Thompson shows up, they will be more dangerous team but not tonight against the Suns. Yeah, and wherever CP3 is going, there's always an upgrade for the team that he's in. Suns last season also did great and sadly they've just fell shortly. They'll remain underrated for this season and I think that's good for them, I remember them just like Raptors with Kawhi and then took the championship.

What happen last season is good lesson experience to them since imagine no one will ever think that they will go that far and yet they prove that their rooster can able to step on the finals so that is good target to reach up again this season and learn their past flaws on why they come up short. I think the suns will give good match to each opponent since they want to go back to the finals and take the win for second time around.

My last night's bet was wrecked by surprising results. Underdogs dominating the Favorites.
Nuggets losing to Magic Thunders losing to Rockets Clippers losing to Kings Cavaliers losing to Miami
The only one I nailed was Mavericks vs Pelicans. Hard to trust Favorites now on my Parlay. I will analyze better next sets of bets.

I cannot even believe that the Rockets traded CP3 to Westbrook and later the team become a bad team that ended up trading Westbrook then Harden. It was a wrong move by the management, the Rockets were playing very good basketball and they even went to WCF and play the Warriors in a thrilling series, they should have added more role players to improve the team, not trade CP3 for a PG that does not have a good vision in the court unlike CP3.

He will play this month. December 24, Golden State Warriors vs Memphis Grizzlies. That's what I saw in some clips recently and I will try to find it. He already recovered and working to get back on track for several months now. His shooting ability will not change but only his athleticism or those straight drives to the hoop. You are right, more on a spot shooter and an easy pick will do the job. But eventually, when he thinks his body is now cooperating, he will back again slowly on his usual.

You have to understand though it's been pretty much years since he played professional ball. It's one thing to practice and do shoot around and sprints. It's a whole other thing playing at pro speed. I can see him being on a 10-15 minute clock as he comes back. And the way they are playing no need to rush him back in. Their goal is to win a ship and it's not won in December this is a marathon.

Pretty sure he will be on the restricted minutes once he come back, as you have said, no need to rush, they are still on top and maybe he will come back when they face a not so good team so that he will have a feel of the game. And then slowly bring him back in the next following game. And once this happens, GSW will be more dangerous than ever as they will have the Splash brothers once again.

So wheelz1200 is right that it will take Klay a few more months after returning to fully regain his game shape. Anyway, the most important thing for the Warriors is that Klay can play as before by the time the playoffs start.

Regardless, he will need a lot of adjustments again after missing 2 seasons. But the good thing is that they can gauge it right away by looking at how Durant come back from the same injury as Klay. So the blue print is already there and maybe GSW will just have to look at how Durant come back last year. I know that players body are very different, but at least they have something to compare. Maybe 5-10 minutes will do in the next couple of games and then extend it if they see a huge progress in Klay.

Nice analysis, if Durant were able to come back and play his MVP form, therefore it's not impossible for Klay. Also, we can also look at the injury of Paul George which are very serious, and look how he is playing now, he is still playing like an MVP.

It's the mentality that had always been the issue for injured players after healing physically. I think being on the sideline watching live games helps him be pumped up again to be on the court being cheered by the fans. He must really miss that feeling of entertaining us. I have seen interviews from both Coach Kerr and their management telling the media no one is forcing him to come back yet. That's better than letting last year happen again. Paul George and Kevin Durant took their time and the results are better. Klay Thompson should do the same and he doesn't need to worry about the team because they are in good hands. It will just be better if he comes back.

^ Yeah no pressure on Klay to play hard once he's cleared for competitive basketball. I don't think Kerr would use him that much until playoffs. ~ Cavaliers losing to Miami
This should have been Heat losing to the Cavs. Anyway, I'd stay away with parlays especially in the Eastern conference. it might not look like it but teams over there are closer than what we see in the standings and what bookies say.

^ Yeah no pressure on Klay to play hard once he's cleared for competitive basketball. I don't think Kerr would use him that much until playoffs.
They will observed him and that depends on how he is playing. When Durant joined the Nets from a long rest due to injury, we were thinking that he will not play huge minutes, but we were wrong, he played a lot of minutes an even led the team to be in the ECF. ~ Cavaliers losing to Miami
This should have been Heat losing to the Cavs. Anyway, I'd stay away with parlays especially in the Eastern conference. it might not look like it but teams over there are closer than what we see in the standings and what bookies say. Parlay is good if you aim a huge reward, so don't expect a lot to win as the more leg we combine, the lower our chances of winning will become.

There are reports that also says that January will likely be the return of Klay.
Steve Kerr is very likely ready about that, and it's worth noting the case of KD, they allow him to adjust and recover by not forcing him to play longer minutes. Same case with Klay, they will surely adjust with him, Klay will recover and will help them. He is one of those prime players who can play two-way game, both Him and Green are the best partners for Steph.

The Phoenix Suns have just broken their winning streak franchise in a season today, by winning the game against the Detroit Piston, they are now on their 18th winning streak. Looks like once again they gonna have a better challenge tomorrow where they gonna face the GSW again this month and if they can win it without Booker again, then the rest games are easy and I think they go for a new all-time record in the NBA by winning up to 30+ games but first, they need to win the game tomorrow because the GSW is the only team that can stop their winning streak.
