Let's give them an appreciation though that even despite the lack of their main scorers, they are trying to hold on until the last minute. They even got the game close with only seconds remaining.

You made their effort sounded like they were playing against another top team team in the league but they're not. Wiggins and the rest of the starters should be enough to get a win against a team at the bottom of the standings. NOP only has Ingram.

Their effort would be more commendable if they were facing a mid-table team.

What can we expect from Wiggins? Will carry the team on its own? Regardless of the standing, the Pelicans are playing on their full healthy lineup even no Zion Williamson on the lineup. Playing against Ingram and Josh Hart already is a difficult match if their opponent is not complete.

Who said he's going to carry the team on his own? I only mentioned him since I cannot post all the names of their starters. You mentioned Hart but Warriors also have Poole in their starting line up who has a higher PPG. You mentioned NOP full healthy line up but Warriors have the better numbers from their bench.

Warriors make a run from being down at 10 points at 2 minutes of the final quarter and only 3 points at 46 seconds left. With only a supporting cast in action.

This "supporting cast" should be able to beat NOP. I don't think it's a team they should struggle against. I would understand it if Zion was also playing.

Boston Celtics got their revenge against the New York Knicks today after losing Friday at MSG. Jaylen Brown registered a triple double in 35 minutes.
He suddenly became the playmaker of the team which is new. He average just 2.6 assists per game this season and near that last year. He is not the type to make such number in dimes. Is this just coincidence or is the Celtics playbook changing?
Their next 2 games will be up against the Pacers at home and on road so let's see if the same thing will happen.

Looks like the Denver Nuggets are going to take a risk and give DeMarcus Cousins a 10 day contract to try him out as a backup for Jokic. I still think the Chicago Bulls would have made a better landing spot for him both for the fit and the chance at a ring, but Denver has a good young team that’s getting better. They may have a good shot to win next year when everyone is healthy again. Maybe Cousins can stick around til then.

Not that special or big deal to others but aside from the Los Angeles Lakers getting a win against the Atlanta Hawks, LeBron James now enters the Top 10 All-Time in Career Steals. That kind of record is a tough job to work on. Chris Paul and Lebron James are the only active players on the Top 10 where the former sits at the 5th spot. Aside from that, Lebron James now surpasses Michael Jordan as the oldest player to record 10 straight 25+ points in a game. The hell they were able to record that lol.

It seems like the NBA pretty much have the record for almost all of the aspect of the game.
LeBron being in the age of 37 has done really something impressive carrying a team who's struggling that's was suppose to be one of the strongest team in the West.
Well, the Lakers are doing fine playing a small ball with LeBron being in the Center position, but the most notable player that's helping the Lakers and LeBron to win their 4 winning-streak was none other than Malik Monk. He has become a more consistent scorer now.
Though LeBron's performance is timeless but without any help from the whole team they'll achieve nothing this year.

The Lakers slowly getting up to a good standing, with their 4th win streak, they are now at number 6. That's very good for Lebron James, another achievement again and more to come as for sure he will be playing more seasons in the NBA. At his age, he still looks like he is in his prime, so everything he achieve now is not surprising anymore.

I also noticed that, they're starting to show some improvements now and better chemistry in the Lakers roster, and also Westbrook began to show some good development in his plays now compared to their recent games. LBJ is without a doubt a notable player in the league but he can't just carry the team always, his teammates really need to step-up too like they do now. They really need consistency while AD isn't available yet.

As they are now in the 6th spot they're also ready to get the 5th spot which is now seated by the Dallas Mavericks. We'll see they could get the seat if Lakers could get some revenge against the Grizzlies in the next game as they got defeated in their match-up last time. And for the Mavericks, their next game is against the Bulls. This is so interesting to watch!

I'm not convinced yet, let's see in their next game if they can beat the red hot Grizzlies. Both teams are in a winning streak, so this should be a good test for the Lakers, if they can win here, that's a big statement to those who still doubt them like me.  

Im also not sold on the Lakers winning streak, and good analysis on the teams they have beaten so far. They don't have a winning record and when they face Ja Morant's Grizzlies it will be a good test for them if they have the chemistry to win big against a good team. Only Monk has so far showing consistency, WB fouled out against the Hawks and didn't have his usual triple double. THT and Melo is also inconsistent. So a convincing win against the Memphis might sway some to believed that the Lakers are now for real.

This will be a big test for the Lakers if they're really improving as people isn't convinced about them yet including me

Carmelo and Westbrook should really step up and play the game just the way they used to, especially from Westbrook's triple doubles are needed because Monk and LeBron ain't going to be enough to beat the Wild Grizzlies as they have Bane and Jackson who makes double digits per game especially Ja Morant now had some good rest from the sore in his left thigh. Big game tomorrow!

Teams are getting wise now, they are just getting the services of this experience and veterans players due to the Covid-19 situation and that's it. The Miami Heat proved it again and made it clear that they're worth it even if they have 11 players missing including Butler who already missed 2 games in a row due to a sprain in his right ankle. Robinson and especially Tyler Herro who scored 33 points again led the team towards their win against the Phoenix Suns.
It wasn't CP's day today and scored below his average PPG. Bridges and Booker also played well but really made mistakes along the way and ain't enough to defeat the Heats today.

Yeah I just saw this move and thought that the Denver Nuggets were a bit of an odd landing for Cousins but I guess backing up Jokic makes sense.  I guess as a bulls fan I was selfishly hoping that we were going to give Cousins a chance, even if it was a 10 days contract.  I suppose overall being a big Cousins fan I just hope he is able to find a permanent home for the rest of the year.

Nets are in the lead by a close gap for now but they have very capable players to open this gap more. Durant and Harden both are in this game which is a big plus for Nets. And I expect them to increase the point difference in the last quarter. Nets really need this win to pull themselves together as they lost too many games recently.

Last season they were great as well, and then they ended up in the finals last season and lost in 6 games. I have to say people do not remember the finals all that well, I mean sure they remember some of them but I doubt that people remember who played in the 2007 finals (well hardcore NBA fans can, it is obvious, just not general fans). This is why finals doesn't matter, what matters is going there again and doing it again and winning it this time.

Suns do have a good leader with CP3, he was healthy last year, well mostly healthy and that means if he can stay healthy this year again, I am sure that they will have the advantage over whoever comes from the east.

The Nets won, but it was a difficult game for them, they have to go into overtime just to beat a struggling team like the Spurs. I thought that the Spurs have the chance to steal this one from the Nets, but they are just unlucky.

The Bulls though, still leading the Eastern conference, with their 9 winning streak but the Nets are close in the second place.
