Then you have the Suns and Warriors which have their own set of superstars facing off.

Man, my Chicago Bulls played another tight game and almost knocked off the Milwaukee Bucks for the second time in a row.  Had that happened, I guess I'd be a bit scared that something spooky is going on lol.  That being said, only losing to the Bucks with Lavine out once again, pretty impressive in my opinion.  They really seems to be on a roll right now that's completely unexpected, I plan to bet that hot hand in the coming days.

I don't know mate, but I'm reading a lot of news lately about the Zach Lavine trade? Maybe this could be one reason why the Bulls is crumbling and losing in close games? This could case issues in the locker room and might affect how they play, just saying.

So Luka will be listed as questionable against the Lakers and so is Kyrie Irving. And then we will see if there will be late news about the Lakers superstar as well, whether they will play or not.

Since our German national center Daniel Theiss is with the Clippers I follow them a little bit more now. Theiss had solid numbers off the bench in his first games. It was so strange with the Pacers giving him a combined 4 minutes in 14 games. Of course he is no starting center or something but his defence is solid and if you use him right on offence he can produce good numbers as a role players.

I am glad he found a new home with an actual role , at least until Plumlee comes back.

The Lakers are kind of interesting to watch after their IST run because they became efficient and strong defensively. I'm not sure but LeBron may have influenced his teammates to play their best including AD. I noticed that LeBron's became more aggressive during the IST semis and finals. I hope he maintain that kind of energy throughout the season and most especially in the playoffs, because the whole team needs it.
Let's see if he will slow down or play the same against Dallas.

I guess Coach Pop already said to Wemby that he must forget that ROTY title because winning a title for the team is way better than that title. TBH, I have trust in Coach Pop. I mean who doesn't? The coach has been in the league for decades, is the most winningest coach in NBA history, and trying to develop a generational player in Wembanyama.

On the other hand, Chet will get that ROTY no doubt. The question right now for the whole Thunder team is can they play the same when they clinch the playoffs? Might be too early though.

You can't say thay to your player if Coach Pop really said that since it can lower down the motivation of his hype player to do more better job. But if this is true then maybe he just said that its because he already know that Wemby is already behind with Chet which is doing so good this season. Just to bad he cannot get enough help that's why provably he will just miss that ROTY award.

Chet is now the favorite player pointed out to win the ROTY due to his performance and contribution to his team and if he consistently doing some nice thing and OKC always win then no doubt that he successfully acquired that thropy.

Winning the title isn't on the discussion yet if it's the Spurs. They are a rebuilding team so they should focus first on improving, maybe the main goal for now is getting into the playoffs, and with their record now, it's safe to say that this season they'll fail.

On the discussion whether Wemby will win a ROY, it's unlikely now but since it's still early ,there's still time to recover for him to improve his individual performance. Afterall, ROY criteria does not significantly involve the team's performance, so he still has a shot.

I think you misquote me regarding on winning a title since I never say that. Try to read the above message above I replied since he is the one discussing about the title.

But on other hand we can't really expect them to go title contention this season since expect them to fail with that since they are rebuilding. They are trying to figure out their talents and maybe they do more better performance next season. But what they don't expect is the heavy losing streak they encounter since this is really disappointinf part here.

Right, maybe they got a renewed spirit winning a the first in-game tournament. Which means that they might go and look for the biggest reward which is the NBA championship with Lebron and AD doing their best.

And you can sense that this is a complete them, they also have good defensive mindset players now. It's good to see that they have transformed Cam Reddish to be their wing defender, similar to what Aaron Gordon is with the Denver Nuggets.

So let's see if they will go full force against Dallas in this game.

It was just a 2 point game( final result), if you had taken the handicap instead, you'll likely have the win. Right, no one did sit on this game, Luka is not affected by the back injuries, Lakers going full force. But you have to appreciate how Luka and the Mavs moves the ball here. Luka finding Exum in the wing for that 3 when the Lakers is trying to close out.

So kudos to them, it's winnable game for the Lakers but they have failed to execute in the last 3-4 minutes of the game.

Luka taking over the 4th quarter and did have another great name. So great catch for those who have them as underdog in their bet.

I did not realize the Lakers were better while seeing the box score. But I enjoyed watching this match even though my Lakers lost. The home team made a run in the fourth quarter, the momentum was high and it was hard to stop. The defense is on Luka yet he made amazing assists and a few difficult shots of his own. That was the difference maker. With the absence of Irving, someone has to score. Some players were open and Luka had great vision. The three points made by Dante Exum and Hardaway were crucial.

Actually it was a great game and it can do either way. The Lakers was chasing the Mavericks all night long but in the 4th quarter they have caught them and if I'm not mistaken, taken a brief 2 point lead with AD and Lebron are going inside.

However, Luka went into his zone-mode, he has a good assists and Exum hitting his outside shot.

Yes, Kyrie is still out by the team responded again with a great shooting night in their homecourt. And don't forget about Hardaway too, he is the one that orchestrate that huge lead they had in the first half.

What Green did there is another stupid action he made since he don't really need to do that and if he play fair maybe they get a different result. But he choose to be dumb then decide to get ejected that's why they are facing a lot of troubles. I don't know what's really the problem of Green since he always create trouble for Warriors.

 I guess if he continue to act like that then maybe its time to think about trading him. Although he contribute on defensive ends but for sure they can find another young guys or solid defender there which is easy to be tamed. Since if they always play like that and Green always destroy the good flow of Warriors then expect that they would provably encounter a lot of disappointments.

Wembanyama is scoring more, rebounding more, blocking more right now. Plus, it looks like they are quite different in the end, Chet is tall too, but he is more like a Durant type of player, a tall skinny scorer who is doing fine, I believe in the next 10 years or so, we are going to see Chet do fine about scoring the basket, he will be an elite force on offense.

However, Wembenyama could become something we have never seen before, a 7'5 feet tall player who plays like a guard, that dude can score from the three or just take on step and dunk, that's how tall and quick he is, and he makes everything much easier for his teammates, plus he is a much better defender as well, his rim protection is near elite levels even right now, that's unreal for his age. I can see why people may prefer Chet because his team is doing better, and because OKC is better than Spurs, many think Chet is better than Wemby, but that is not the case if you ask me, just because teams are better, doesn't mean player is better.

It is still early for these two players and I know they will surely go a long way both Chet Holmgren and Victor Wembanyama, actually both of these guys has a similar play style but for sure they will go a long way and may also get their own unique style of play, actually I don't expect much on Victor Wembanyama because he is just new to the NBA so there will be a lot of adjustment needed and the chemistry with the team is also crucial just like what happened with the Indiana Pacers they became a great team with Tyrese Haliburton's play style and it was then caught by the team because their chemistry has surely increased this also can make someone very OK with making the decision and play so Haliburton can make great passes,

Well yeah the LA Lakers have shown us what they are really capable of in the defensive end, but the Pelicans and the Pacers aren't really a threat in the playoffs, thus elite teams already had an idea about the Lakers defense. Now everyone knows the Lakers can lock down 1 to 2 player but it would be a different story if the other 3 can play and can creat their own shots, because the double team will create an opportunity for the opponent to have a wide open shot just like what they did to Myles Turner and Obi Toppins.
The Lakers might be a difficult team to beat in the playoffs if they are consistent and efficient offensively.

Yes! The Los Angeles Lakers have great defensive capabilities and they are great at listening to their coaches about what they can do, but they still have some loopholes in their game the other teams can still look at this matter and could also catch what they are doing,

While the New Orlean Pelicans could be a great team because of Zion Williamson, they still have problems with him especially his booming weight as his movement was not the same anymore, and the Lakers have exposed them quickly for sure, While Tyrese Haliburton and the Indiana Pacers now is a different beast pretty much they are a strong team that can score a 100 plus score per game, and they are a team with a consistent three-point shot on the deep, for sure a different monster for this season and Tyrese Haliburton is still improving,

Well, they surely are, but for me, I am now interested in the team's most improvements, and the Los Angeles Laker's improvement was their defense. Anthony Davis is really creating something different this season and In the In-Season Tournament they have shown that they will approach a game in a more tactical way just like what happened in their game against the Indiana Pacers they are a unique form in that game and I really enjoyed both teams performance,

Yeah, they've got that run but the Mavs manage to counter and escape the game with the win,
just love seeing stars showing their leadership working to win the game.

Though at the end of the game it's only one team will win, and that's the home team which give the fans the value for
their money watching and cheering for young Luka and his squad playing against the In-tour season champs.
