Rockets lost to Kings in overtime. They were actually leading for most of the game. I really don’t understand how they managed to lose it. And i still don’t understand Udoka’s insistence on such a tight rotation. Tate and Davison were playing quite effectively. I really don’t get why he’s not using them. He played Durant for 47 minutes. is he trying to get him injured or what? It’s impossible to make sense of it.
And on defense, Sheppard keeps getting targeted by whoever has the ball and Udoka still keeps him in the game...

The Kings is a good team to be honest, but it seems that they can find their groove. But in this game, despite the Rockets playing very good and we think that they are going to win, the Kings force a OT.

And it looks like WB is hell bent on trash talking on his former team mate. Durant though has the change to win the game for them but he missed the shot and then Dennis Schröder with that dagger three to win the game for them.

Rockets started to lose against easy opponents recently. First it happened against Pelicans and now Kings... They lost both games by OT despite leading one by 25 points and by 14 points in the other one.

They just lose their advantage too easily. Udoka is really doing some things wrong here. I think they will still finish regular season in top 6 but in this way it's getting harder for them to be competitive during playoffs.

But it’s known from the start that Udoka actually wanted to work with a Giannis type player not with an Alperen type. He envisioned the team accordingly. He’s hinted at this many times without naming any players. But Alperen has made such a huge leap in his game that Udoka didn’t really have the chance to do what he originally wanted. Maybe Alperen felt this mindset more strongly.

Yeah. He is not a superstar but a player who ranks in the top 10 of the MVP race and he’s only 23 years old. Maybe leaving wouldn’t even be a bad thing for him personally. But if Rockets isn’t getting someone as good as Alperen or better in return they’ll completely screw themselves without him. Even if they don’t fall apart in one game, they will in the next. KD is basically done in two years anyway.

Lately, there have been a lot of surprise results in the NBA. This morning, Sacramento, despite trailing for a long time against Houston, took the game to overtime and won 125-124.

I didn't watch the game. I looked at the odds for a Houston win, and the odds for a Sacramento win were 5. That doesn't make sense to me. Because this is happening far too often in the NBA this year.

Houston will now face the Clippers and Lakers in Los Angeles.
They have a 6-game road trip record so far, with 3 losses and 1 win. The Los Angeles games will conclude their road trip. I wonder how it will end.

Rockets still looks healthy despite this lost. The last time they played against the Nuggets, Sengun was just having a average night and it was KD who carry the team. But in this game, he was really aggressive because he knows that he can bully the big men of the Kings and that's what he did.

I'm not really sure where the trade rumors come from. I haven't seen any news as of it, the Rockets are still a strong team. It's just that the game didn't went their way as they lost with that shot from Dennis. This is just another lost for them and they can bounce back from this.

Yeah, I thought they are going to continue the win after they defeated the strong Nuggets. I mean, they built that confidence, good, or maybe they are just too exhausted.
About KD playing that long, maybe it is KD who is telling the team to keep him inside. Well, he did great in their past games, and maybe he is looking for the same outcome in this game.
Their next stop will be against the Clippers. They should win this one.

KD is already back from a ruptured achilles issue and his performance is a miracle tbh. But strain on his legs increases every year. Agree with you. KD being first option on any team just breathes incompetence from any coach that does that. The Houston Rockets just got one of the most important they need which is his experience.

Yes he's aging and from those previous injuries he's lucky that he can still perform that we'll, though same from what you said it's not by far now that he might retired or his career may end, another year or two maybe but as long as he can take care of his body and he still wanted to play there's still inside him that may continue even not as great what he did before but still some left to provide for his fans.

For as long as he can still take care of his body and while there are contracts being asked to him to be signed, he'll still play. But I guess that he'll have a graceful exit like what some legends did when they've signed for a contract and have to retire while being in that contract. Which was a wise move for them, they're paid to do nothing but to attend the games, watch and probably contribute whatever they can in practices and as well as in the actual games in the bench.

I think Luka is definitely going to play on Christmas, except he's unable to walk  Things are becoming worrying for the Lakers, despite not being amongst the best teams either defensively or offensively in the league this season, one thing they've been managing to do quite well is to win games, regardless of how they were getting it they were just doing it, but now with Austin Reaves, Ayton and last Doncic all on the sidelines will they be able carry on winning games ?

They sure are dumb if they're going to make this trade. They should keep Sengun and make the Rockets move with him than with any other remaining players left there. Most teams are like this, they could have the franchise player that shall stay on them for so long but they're ruining those stars careers by doing these trades. But since this is still a rumor and we have no confirmation yet, let's put a grain of salt in it.

There’s also Spurs vs. Thunder. I’ll definitely watch this one. Let’s see if they can hand another loss to the Thunder. Last time, the Spurs only won by 2 points. If they can beat them again, maybe they really stand a chance to beat them in a best of 7 series. Wembanyama scored 22 points in only 21 minutes of playing time. As long as at least three of his teammates can score 20+ points as well, just like last time, they can beat the Thunder.

Wow, the Boston Celtics had a strong comeback. They were down almost 20 points at halftime and still managed to turn it around in the second half to beat the Indiana Pacers. I was lucky enough to catch it live and bet on them at -5.5.

The game ended with Boston winning by 8 points, so the live spread hit, but the pregame spread didn’t since it was at -11.
