Bitcoin is pretty secure if you look at it in a way, You don't entrust your bitcoins in every site you use it at unlike creditcards, Also the fees on CC are little tricky so it's not really 0%.

I like using bitcoin because it means that you dont have to have a physical card that you can lose and i have the security of knowing that any coin i earn is safely packed away where its very hard to breach.

Some customers would want to use Bitcoin to take advantage of any discounts that are there and available, while others would like want to take advantage or the relative anonymity that comes with Bitcoin. Some people might just have Bitcoin on hand and want to spend it, or whatever else they can maybe think of. There are a lot of reasons that customers could want to use Bitcoin.

I came to figure out, why would a consumer/customer use Bitcoins?
You have to pay the 3 cent fee, while you dont have to pay anything when paying with a credit card.
So what is really a benefit for using Bitcoins, customer wise?
In my perception or assessment there are many reason why some of the customer using it such as: They can use it for shopping who accepted bitcoin, they can use it for money transfer, they can also use it for billings, they use it for savings, and most of the time for investment and other businesses who adopted bitcoin system. |

bitcoin prices are high now, and bitcoin is also very easy to get. in addition it has a bitcoin transactions very fast compared to other payment processor. so there is no reason for costumers to not use bitcoin
True that Bitcoin now is high, and aside from that its very convenient to use and very fast compared to other payment processor, the charge fee also is too low. therefore the user client is becoming more earger to have an interest to use it more because of the advantage of Bitcoin has. |

People use bitcoins because it is convenient, easy and with less transaction fees, and bitcoin transactions are available 24/7, it will be used more in future when everyone would start accepting it as a payment method.
I think all payment processor also have transactions are available 24/7The most special of bitcoin. for me i think is decentralization, nobody could freeze your wallet or your money in bitcoin also bitcoin trading online in 24/7,not like other currency. agree with you decentralization system is future i think in future each people/goverment/private cooperation will adopt bitcoin decentralization system , like tax invoice etc. That's the good thing about in bitcoin, We can use it 24/7, compare to some other currencies. I do believe also that someday the government of each country in the entire world will realize that system of bitcoins could be a better key to their economy if they adopt the system of bitcoins. |

But why would a customer use bitcoin in paying someone or paying something or in his/her purchases? As OP said there is atleast 3 cents transaction fee in each time you use bitcoin... IMO, a customer will use bitcoin when it is the only money he has, or it is trending or it is one of the latest payment option that could make him looks cool or he wants to promote bitcoin in the way that he can/know OR fiat is not in circulation anymore which is very futuristic...  The fee does not matter to the customers, most of the customers wants convenient and they are willing to accept the cheap fee and beat them on their own. Also, it is a good promotion as you said to attract people in using bitcoin that would help the adoption. |

What do you mean by compare to other currencies? You mean fiat currencies? I can use my fiat 24/7. Even holidays I can able to make some withdrawals. Online transfer is instant too. |

If we have to take the concern for purely for customers under some merchants, they must consider bitcoin because of the less hassle transaction it can give. We all want a convenient transaction in any forms of payment we are doing in an online transaction so using bitcoin is really fit for this. |

Maybe this question has already been answered but I can't find it (and honestly I find hard even to follow my own questions).
If I have an ecommerce of computers and I sell "X" at 1000$ everything is fine.
But if I decide that you can buy it with bitcoins, 1.71 bitcoin (todays 1000$), how can I adapt this price to TODAY bitcoin value? Maybe tomorrow it would cost 1.80 and, a week 2.5 bitcoins and months after 0.5 bitcoins.
I would go mad!
If I block the bitcoin alternative if the price goes crazy, wouldn't my business make angry customers?

It's very handy because you can pay for your stuff without carrying money on you, cash that is that can be stolen. You can have easy access and transfer anywhere and very cheaply too.

yeah I think we could invite a lot of players gamble to join the bitcoin. because I'm sure there are many countries that forbid gambling in their country? by joining in bitcoin they can gamble freely without any interference from any party. including from government Except that some countries have also banned bitcoins. Well, they can still use bitcoin most probably, if they use VPN but they just can not cash out their coins nor use them in the real world directly. Other than these there will not be any hurdle to stop people to use bitcoins. When everything available for bitcoins, no one will be successful in stopping bitcoin being used. |

Thats true when it comes to shopping, the credit card feels to be better as now only few places accept bitcoin. Now only people started using bitcoin cards. So once the guy posted the thread start using bitcoin card he feel why bitcoin better than credit card. It just makes sense.

A customer would pay with bitcoin when using different online accounts or buying digital goods as it protect our anonymity a lot. There's no need why the seller should know my name and surname and also address and billing address. Bitcoin makes a shortcut and bypasses all of this.

using bitcoin is not 100 anonymous and since blockchain and your bitcoin address transactions are public, anybody can connect the dots unless you use a mixer for example. also i have to say that using bitcoin is not always about the anonymity. it is also about the high security it offers unlike credit cards for instance. also it is about a super cheap transaction with the smallest fee possible. and not to forget about the decentralized feature of it which lets you get rid of the banks. |

We know that its easy to use but what about those people who have not even heard about it? Do you expect the same thing from them? The users of bitcoins are too low in compare to fiat currency. |

i as an consumer would DEFINITELY use bitcoin, its just so much easier to use and pay with bitcoin. only reason i would use credit is if i didnt currently have the money but needed to buy something quick. And also worth it of your trust.. |
