Why would customers use Bitcoins?

This could be a question from an entrepreneur who wants to earn btc thru the product he is selling in the market.
Once bitcoin will be widely use, this wouldn't be a question anymore for they will then see the advantages of using bitcoin and if these are laid out to the potential customers, they will really adopt using btc.

yeah the current problem that bitcoin have is a hard time to explain to common people what bitcoin exactly? how bitcoin works? etc in simply and understable "english" sentence. most of people around me having hard time to understand what bitcoin it is and how it work make them not care and don't want to know more about bitcoin. how they could use bitcoin when they didn't understand bitcoin itself?

The first thing is the privacy of the customer. The transaction done in bitcoins are very private and therefore customers can protect their privacy. And also there is no middleman in your transaction like the banks. It is point to point money transactions. Bitcoins are very fast and reliable and their is no fear for thievery.

Customers should use the bitcoin because it has a lot of advantages with payments but also with holding money, like a bank account.

Better than bank account because of the very high fluctuations. In banks it takes years to get grow your money where you would really feel it. Or you will need to invest a lot bigger for a higher profit. I dont want that. I would rather risk my money with bitcoin and just take weeks or months for a price increase,.

Yes, you may have to pay fee but btc price changes, so you can get extra money ex nihilo.

Security? i think paypal is the best for security purposes.. because if you buy something online using paypal you can reverse the payment once you receive a wrong product unlike dealing in bitcoin once you send it you can not reverse the payment..

Add inflationary, so bitcoin unlike fiat currency cant be reprint at will.  So as the code stated, there is only 21m in total.  Another one is, you don't need to trust anyone when you are doing transaction with Bitcoin unlike fiat currency that you need 3rd person to handle the process.  And most of all you own it!  Unlike paypal when the account is compromise they have the power to freeze your account.  And you can do anything even if it is your money in that account.

I think people will be more comfortable with credit card for making payments, and people will prefer to use bitcoin for online transactions and for money transfers.

Not as an alternative. It gives ease of transaction as well earning, but no other payment portal has given such an opportunity to earn. For this reason customers need to know about these digital currencies and start using.

This question is aked quite often. I use it because it is easy to use, it is quite secure and anonymouse, it is harder to steal because all wallets have private keys which are hard to get to if your device is protected. You can easily set up a wallet and start using it right away. The fees are small and it has very fast transactions.
The only downside is that not everyone accepts Bitcoin, but it will spread more and more over time.
