you should lower the fee until you get this ironed out. i had intermitent connection for 4 hours last night mining on lyra2v2 mine.zpool.ca. it seems that it was up and down 50/50.

Even with the difficulties I have seen on zpool I am still able to make more profit here than anywhere else.
That along with an operator that is knowledgeable, active and willing to make things better makes me want to stay.

From NH
Quark not able to connect to 104.209.141.79:4033
Nist5 able to connect on 149.56.122.79:3833

Things seem better now

Perhaps, Azure is part of the problem... which is what 104.209.141.79 is...

Now I'm working ok in mine1.zpool.com. Yesterday I received blocks from it but although the computer was hashing the zpool web didn't show any hashing from my wallet. If I try to connect to mine.zpool.com I received no blocks from the stratum in lyra2r2 and x11evo at least.

Have you tried a real DEX??? But a real DEX like this!!!

Might be time to look into an ethereum multipool switcher and get the stratum working. With 3 coins behind ethhash now, and miningpool hub autoswitching between ETH and ETC, it might be a feasable option.  Even if its seperate from the rest of the pool.

Also as a possible incentive to gain hashrate, have you conscidered lowering the fee on certain low hash coins to bring people to the pool?

If you like what I've posted, mine for me on whatever algo you like on www.zpool.ca for a minute using my bitcoin address: 1BJJYPRcRPzTEfByCwkeJ8SCBcrnGD1nhL

Ok,

I've decided to change the stratum config around. Now, sha256 and scrypt will be on their own so need to use their new hostname:

SHA miners use:

-o stratum+tcp://sha256.mine.zpool.ca:<PORT> -u <WALLET_ADDRESS> [-p <OPTIONS>]

SCRYPT miners us:

-o stratum+tcp://scrypt.mine.zpool.ca:<PORT> -u <WALLET_ADDRESS> [-p <OPTIONS>]

All other algos will remain at their original locations using mine.zpool.ca

Hope this works a bit better on the miners side. Things did seem to be working great on this side...

ok good. I'm going to go with this setup I think. Also note, that I've changed the stratum servers to a per-algo name.

 -o stratum+tcp://<algo>.mine.zpool.ca:<PORT> -u <WALLET_ADDRESS> [-p <OPTIONS>]

They all (except sha/scrypt) point to the original server anyway but in the future if I need to peel an algo off that server, it will be much simpler.

Thanks

It's getting a little complicated. Tell me if I've got this right

mine1 works except sha256 & scrypt
mine2 works sha256 & scrypt only
mine maps to mine1 except sha256 & scrypt
mine maps to mine2 sha256 & scrypt only
<algo>.mine maps to mine1 except sha256 & scrypt
<algo>.mine maps to mine2 sha256 & scrypt only

If you're not on sha/scrypt, all you need to know is
<algo>.mine.zpool.ca:<PORT>
or
mine.zpool.ca:<PORT>

@crackfoo

Something in the reporting is a little "off"

Code:
Details	     Extra	Algo  	Diff	      ES** Hashrate*	Reject*
ckpool/0.9.3 sha256 110592 42.2 Th/s

Diff is nowhere near 110k (More like 1/2 that)
13 machines, and most are on like 2k, even 'the monster' is only @ 15k diff.

Edit: that might also explain why ~200TH has come online in the last hr. :/

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer.

Interesting approach, and a good one.

Ill see if its necessary to modify the batch at all... but seems fine to leave alone.

Link to my batch and script resources here.
