Great discussions guys.  this proposal thing is pretty neat as I got a mn to play with.  though it'd be interesting to see the implementation of the said system.  looks like still a long ways to go, tho the feedback from dev is promising.

one questions tho, does the wallet have any coin control features to spend coins not tied to the masternodes?  or does it automatically does that?
and is there way to delete or update proposals like the typo problem we had earlier?

What I did was that I have my masternodes working separately but I have all the masternode wallets (private keys) imported to a local non-masternode wallet, with the main 10k fees locked so I can "milk" the masternodes easily anytime.

Not your keys, not your coins!

We have spoken with a VPS Hosting company to come up with a Low Cost Masternode Option for Darknet. When you Purchase your Node Hosting, it will come with Darknet Daemons pre-installed so all you have to do is configure your darknet.conf file with your random rpcuser/rpcpassword and your masternode key.. Smiley

$1.50 a month is an Excellent deal

OK guys, I'm techtarded because I blew out my mind on drugs few years back.  I bought MN from host above, have wallet set up on laptop, logged into MN via putty, now what? How do I access the .conf?

how long do these take to activate? do you have a step by step on what to do?

@s3v3nh4cks miners are still getting 166.6 instead of 175 DNETs. No plan to fix this bug?

After reviewing my musing post of yesterday: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1262920.msg14130245#msg14130245

It should be possible to simplify an Air-Gapped model for a single transaction path, using masternode's as mix-clusters i.e. ephemeral Authority node A and node B. These nodes (including the cllient) need to be unable to identify one other directly.

- Doing true Air-Gapped transactions 'on-chain' remains a 'holy-grail', as most projects seem to have done some part of this mixing / sending 'off-chain'.

So, at least there is the potential to discuss such an implementation with the dnet developers here.

The existing transaction anonymity / obfuscation for dnet is still on par. with DASH ofc, and is stronger still when combined with Tor in terms of preventing traffic analysis.

Yes. Tails is a good distro. that includes Tor - although it will be better suited for clients making transactions than for nodes.

Hi Guys

just a gentle reminder to you all

Can i just remind you all to check your Masternode  invoices  a few of you have had invoices
if they are not paid by the due date  the system  will automatically turn off your master node
and if the invoice is not paid 3 days  laster  then the master node will be deleted and any coins that are on that
masternode will be lost.

Keep mining guys

thanks

How do I stop a masternode on a local wallet?  My funds are locked and I want to send to different wallet.

Close the wallet, remove the "masternode=1" and "masternodeprivkey=XXXXXXXXXX" from the darknet.conf, restart the wallet, send your coins.

@s3v3nh4cks miners are still getting 166.6 instead of 175 DNETs. No plan to fix this bug?

We have found and fixed the problem, we are cleaning up a few more things, expect a new release in the next week or so. In the meantime, if anyone notices anything else that should be checked, let us know. It will be a mandatory update, and the fix for the rewards will take effect at block 86400, all wallets will need to be updated three days before that. We will get you a more exact time the update must be completed by when we release the new wallet.

Anything else planned for release in this update? The road map is a little basic.

Would you prefer I fluff and embellish?? We are on a Road to steady updates and a reliable dev team. We are not going to purposely put stuff out that we knowing can not accomplish. Please feel free to make suggestions on features you would like us to consider, or create a proposal to have something added to the Roadmap. This is a community coin, get involved, let us hear your ideas.. Smiley

What I did was that I have my masternodes working separately but I have all the masternode wallets (private keys) imported to a local non-masternode wallet, with the main 10k fees locked so I can "milk" the masternodes easily anytime.

I did see a lock/unlock option in the coin control area, but don't know what it does.  So by locking the 10k inputs? you can just spend as usual and don't worry about picking input any more?

this wallet already have some pretty nice features.  the darknet red theme is a bit bright tho...maybe a darker red would look nicer.
