Don't share this!!!  Sorry I did mention not to share the output, maybe a DM is better.. Those are your confirmed Zero Coin TXs, it's useful to be able to compare them but they also need to be private.

not sure what to compare but i can't find the transactions from the missing coins in exportzerocoins true output  ...

You can compare the "t" part of the exported output to the TX IDs in the GUI.  Some will be there, some not.  I found all the ones that weren't were in the archive list, then I looked in the source code of the wallet to see what that reconsider command did before running it and it re-processed the missing ones, and my balance is back to where it was prior to the start of automint.

Ok thanks  Grin   I've looked up these TX IDs in the block explorer and they look pretty normal.  So do you have some zPiv balance?  My wallet decided to zPiv 35.74% of my balance, most worked, some didn't .. Did your wallet crash during the conversion, or did it complete 100% but left you with less than before?

zpiv balance is 4 but this are 4 new transcation made since i unlocked my wallet to test your fix (i have set automint demo to 1 in options)

"Did your wallet crash during the conversion, or did it complete 100% but left you with less than before"

- no my wallet never crashed ...
- there where only 5  transaction to Accu (4 x 1k,  3 x 5k) they never came back & everything on privacy tab was allways 0

now i can see my 4 zpivs on privacy tab. this was never the case with the 19k sent to accu 2 days ago with version 3.0

Maybe try setting the Denom to "I don't care" - it could be trying to turn those large inputs into your preferred output denomination, which might take a long time?  It sound like most of the process has worked as expected, with the obvious issue of "where'd it all go??"

hmm i had this setting for almost 24hrs before with no success.
if set this to "don't care" again my wallet will send/convert another 10% to accu and i don't want to do this until i got my 19k back!
understandable? i hope so  Wink

yes it's definitely confusing as to what it's up to and what's going on behind the scenes..

You can disable auto minting completely by starting the wallet with the -enablezeromint=0 command line option, that might make it easier to try different things out without it "stealing" more coins..  Cheesy

That's how I felt for a while at least..

Thanks. It is a very promising project with instant, dakrsend features, etc. I would like to invest my money in the project, keep it for long-term investment. Really hope that it will make me rich.

It's better than that Smiley  Dark send is superseded by Zero Coin!  Once all the wrinkles are smoothed out (like we're trying to do here right now since the recent switch over) this coin will be amazing and probably be in the top 10 coins.

Hi guys,
I registered to ask support, although this is probably a noob question... I installed and resynced the wallet 3.0.0 only yesterday. I found no auto converted zpiv (my balance is intact, only Pivx just like before the 16th). Is that normal? Does it just work like before?
Thanks in advance! Cheers

You're welcome, sorry I assumed this command could be a complete fix for automint missing balance issues and was surprised it wasn't a solution for your situation. Have you tried the slack channel for coin dev support?

I'd shut it down for now and wait for the 3.0.3 release, there's a few Auto Minting issues that may or may not be completely fixed yet in current v3.0.2.

Thanks for the reply, yes I keep the wallet offline most of the time since i don't have enough Pivx for staking purposes. My guess is that since my wallet was offline at the time of the zerocoin implementation, I had no Pivx converted to zPiv (not 100% sure, though). Keeping it offline until the next update comes out and then I'll sync it again.

good plan  Wink

@btct22 no i don't use slack anymore (was schocked when I was there, lots of idiots  Grin)

will wait for 3.03 and i just saw this tweet:
https://twitter.com/_pivx/status/921291418815123456

FYI:
NewsATTN: Block chain inconsistency caused a split chain. New wallet to be released shortly. (self.pivx)

ATTN All
With any major technical innovation, some issues are bound to happen and therefore the Devs do extreme testing on many levels. That said, an anomaly occurred after the launch of the 3.0.2 core wallet, causing a split chain to form. Developers monitoring the blockchain immediately noticed this event and have now notified all exchanges. Users funds remain safe how ever as standard precaution are reminded to make a new backup of their wallet.dat file. A new checkpoint was added that will guide the new wallets onto the correct chain. Compiled binaries for PIVX Core wallet version 3.0.3 will be made available soon after.

Next Steps:
    Backup your wallet.dat
If you are currently running 3.0.0, please do not upgrade to 3.0.2 or make any further transactions.
On release of the stable wallet release, upgrade to the new wallet then reindex your blockchain to ensure that you are on the correct chain unless you know how to check beforehand.
Running "reindex" from the PIVX Core 3.0.3 debug console will return you to the correct chain after updating.

Wallet links will be avaible soon. Thanks for your patience during this bit of a rocky transtition. Don’t worry, we are working around the clock on these things to ensure the wallet’s integrity. And with this nailed down, we can move on to other amazing projects and features for PIVX!

Shit happens with groundbreaking technology. Very impressed to see the team working tirelessly to fix everything! Just another proof of how serious of a project Pivx is.

Indeed all the efforts done in the last days did only improved my belief in this coin.

PIVx team should really ask us the community for help in testing the next release before releasing.

I will be willing to run tests on all my machines, PIVx has given me enough and I would like to give back and help at least with just testing.  I'm sure many of us here feel the same way.

I installed the latest version of the wallet. Got some ZPiv converted automatically, can I convert them back to PIV and send it to my ledger wallet?

That would be a nightmare. There will be non tech oriented people with good intentions flooding them with questions that have nothing to do with the testing. Questions like how do you view a hidden folder, etc.

[update]

Developers are trying to establish a strong network with a new wallet. It'll be made available once ready.
For now, it's best to close your wallets, hold on to your wallet.dat and hang tight. Will keep all posted...

It would just be beta testing the release in case of any errors while running it normally, nothing to do technical. Just run the wallet and tell us if it is doing what is supposed to be doing.
