Did zipzap -> you guys -> wallet and have received about half of the funds I should have, is there a time delay? This was already seperated into two transactions.. Should I be waiting for more transfers or did something get screwed up somewhere?

Send me a PM with your info!

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Glad I found this thread, I'm kind of freaking out. I made 4 Moneygram orders for $500 each (plus the $3.95 fee for each order, so technically $503.95 each) using ZipZap. I chose the option "Send to BTC address." It has now been more than 24 hours, and only one of the orders (for 35 BTC) actually showed up. The other 3 have not arrived, meaning I am missing nearly $1,500. This was my first time using the BTC address option, I usually have sent it to Mt. Gox first, but this time I decided to skip that step. I e-mailed Bitinstant support last night and got no response yet. I understand you guys are busy, but I'd appreciate a response, I'm just panicking because of how much I could lose. Thanks for all your hard work customer support, I love the service you provide.

Thank you! I think I sent you a message, but it kept giving me an error message until the last time, so can you confirm that you actually received it? I appreciate your help!

I too got the "invalid last name" error. The receiver was confirmed as ZipZap, and wasn't a problem, and I chose "pay a bill." The issue was my (the sender's) last name. I got this error several different times at two different locations about a week ago. What gives? Is it fixed yet?

I am experiencing some of the same problems other users have just posted about.

Today I made two $503.95 deposits to ZipZap and received successful confirmation e-mails on both. However, only funds for the first transaction appear to have gone through. Is there anything I can do to make sure I receive my second paymet as well?

Thanks.

When logged into your MtGox account, look on top next to the logo for "Account Number:"

You can also use your login name

No, it doesn't work. I enter all the information, play the "check human" game and click "send funds", the page just get reloaded with an empty form. No error, nothing. (Using latest Firefox on Win7, if relevant.) However, after submission in URL (adress bar) I can see all the data in parameters (source, destination, confirmation mail, amount,....), but the form on screen is just default empty.
