is it stuck? or is it just slow as it forks? All pools on different blocks?

notabeliever - the Ninja and Burst-team pools got onto a side chain, and got ~10-15 blocks ahead of the "real" chain. I've nudged them back in the right direction, but I believe the real chain has to catch up to where the pools are at before they'll start processing again. Should be soon.

Just to throw a heads up about a new Asset that I released the other day thstake.

The announcement thread on the official burst forums can be found here:

https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/780/new-thstake-asset

Here is the original post about the asset:

I would like to announce the creation of a new asset within the burst universe based on staking coins. The asset is similar to the one provided by the burst team, however with mostly different coins contained within it.

Asset ID: 18176646582737130927
Burstcoin Wallet ID: BURST-Q94J-49K3-RTGF-CJSYR
Total Number of Assets: 1,000,000 (One Million)

Initial Cost per asset: 15 burst coins Estimated value is 6.6 bitcoin in total value.

Coins to be staked (starting out) are as follows:

Bitbeans (bitb): current value in btc: 0.00000008
Hyperstake (hyp): current value in btc: 0.00000045
Hyper (Hyper): current value in btc: 0.00002062
Diamond (DMD): current value in btc: 0.00046800
OKCash (OK): current value in btc: 0.00000566
NetCoin(NET): current value in btc: 0.00000032

Current wallet addresses can be viewed at the provided link(s) below:

Bitbeans:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/bitb/address.dws?2F6ToEaFy19iUvUuQkC9wRgAQ88bKXxFmb.htm

Hyperstake:
http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/HYP/address.php?address=pQ6i5Hp3tHsGFFtsi7xai67Uco7ohaL5Zx

Hyper:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/hyper/address.dws?H7eNvCHcRgez75UDpAFShwMSNEBwafifyz.htm

OKCash:
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ok/address.dws?PG3uPmJNtrXvJ378tht1fzoUYe1pxJdqaU.htm

Diamond
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/address.dws?dca5KMhYXVWi2J2sMoZw1hQdJe9tkGqTHp.htm

NetCoin: Wallet address nQ9vDqLnWUbbhp5aruatiVfyhDkCL9G9Aw
https:// not available at the time of thread posting

Dividend Amount: 80% of stakes over the course of 1 month. Payment should be on or around the first Monday of each month.
Retained stake amount: 15% of stakes over the course of 1 month
Maintenance fee: 5% Fee is used to purchase shares back from the general public, once all initial offered shares are sold, at current market values.

Information gathered from the following thread was used in the creation of this asset:

https://forums.burst-team.us/topic/732/thinking-of-starting-another-staking-asset

I am planning on trying to do a dividend for July, however if asset sales are low, it may not be possible due to low volume. If that is the case, the first dividend should be available September 5, 2016 (first monday of the month) for stakes earned from initial launch through the month of August.

FYI, as stated in the previous thread, I have added a starting amount of 3.4x Million Bitbeans to the staking potential of the asset. I reserve the right to remove that amount of coins in the future for other investments as I see fit. ALL OTHER COINS CURRENT AND FUTURE ARE PROPERTY OF THE ASSET AND NO SINGLE PERSON OR INVESTOR.

Also, any funds or tips that are sent to the burst wallet of the asset, will be used to purchase more coins for the asset.

If anyone has an questions or concerns please let me know. Thanks for the interest in this guys! Lets all do our part and help make all of these coins, as well as Burst (obviously) more wanted, and more secure!

I'm in with 100 assets for now and I'll be buying more once my buy orders are filled. May I suggest adding another staking coin MOIN, it has a low supply of just under 6.5 million coins available and the price has been steady.

I also stake a few of the coins on your list so I'm confident in your asset.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

My pool (pool.burstcoin.it) did something different, it started on the real chain and somewhere along the way forked. Now, thankfully I had a copy of the blockchain, I'm back on track

Use this: http://burstcoin.biz/calculator
On the left side: Write your plot size (e.g. 1 TB) than use the result and put in the price calculator (right side).

That calculator show price per block. But as any coin, faster you mining more coins you get. I really doubt that every one found one block per day?

With 1TB Hard Drive you can expect to mine a little over one block per month.

More like $0.80 per month. Highly dependent on the price.

So you 'invest' one TB .. which costs around $ 25 or less to get around $ 1 back each month.

This is the catch.

Right now I mining one coin with GPU: at the end of the month I will paid: electricity I spend for mining 24 h/ 30 days and will got + 70% extra profit above...
So....
But I sow many video about Burst configure wallet, find old 500 GB hdd unused... and was prepared to start...

Only thing that confuses me was sentence in original thread, that GPU miner is nearly 10 times faster then CPU.
So that will give me some hope... but now , when you clarify that GB or TB are instead "hash rate" it is not important does I have CPU or GPU for mining.

You wish to use 1 TB, which means that you will have to create plot files in that free space. In order to mine, you need to chose a miner that reads your plots files (simplified, that is how you mine with Burst). The more TB you have allocated to your plots files, the more hash power you have. However, there are certain other factors that kick in too, such as how fast you are able to read your plot files each round. Using a GPU miner to read your plot files will be quicker, and in some scenarios it can make you earn a bit more, but with only 1 TB of space you might as well use a CPU miner. Whichever miner you choose, it will put very little load on your CPU/GPU, as they are mostly reading your plots files, and not making all kinds of heavy computations like with 'conventional' mining.

Since you are new, I recommend heading over to our official forum and checking out the FAQ section: https://forums.burst-team.us/category/12/faq.

*EDIT*

To earn more burstcoin in addition to your mining, you can also check out the surfbar and one of the threads about faucets:

All what you say is correct, and I know fact , if I mining my CPU works, my HDD works, but regardless all, mining profit from at 0.8$ per 1 TB is to small for me...
I read all infos you give me link, I read and much more...
Thanks for time and answers.

There is virtually no wear and tear on devices that are used for Burst mining, which is one of the things that makes this technology unique. As far as I know this is the only coin where you can use your free hard drive space for mining. Because of how Proof-of-Capacity works, you are basically risking nothing by mining this coin. This means that you won't lose anything but rather earn 0.8$ with your 1 TB per month. There is no catch, and you can keep mining your other coins simultaneously.

If you read and learn more about Burst you will realize that there are lots of interesting projects going on, and there will be many new things introduced in the (near) future. The dev team is constantly working on improving the coin and technology, and the community is growing each day. These fundamentals alone make it likely that the value of Burst will rise and keep rising. So, personally, I would look at the 0.08$ per month for 1 TB of mining capacity as a cheap entry point, and not as a "fixed" monthly income.

If you want to earn more you can always buy an extra hard disk or two, or simply buy burstcoins and invest them into assets in the asset exchange.
