I was going to wait until the new pool had hit a block, but it seems my mining luck is poor today. Given that the code is known to be reliable, and that the pool successfully paid up all miners as part of the cloning .... I'm now happy to release details of the new pool.
The new Burst-Team pool is open and mining.
Details:
Pool url: pool.burst-team.us:8124 Reward Assignment address: BURST-32TT-TSAC-HTKW-CC26C
The pool is running the exact same code as Burst.ninja, and additionally has the longer permissible deadlines that the original burst.ninja had.
These longer deadlines are suitable for smaller miners, but all miners small or large are welcome.
Note that the database still needs some spring cleaning, so for now it will show your 'Total Earned' as the sum of your earnings on Ninja and Burst-Team.
H.
Thank you for your work. Tomorrow i will switch to new pool.

Going to switch over the BURST ninja asset miner to the new pool. If any asset holders have issues with that just let me know, but I think it's a good thing.

The new AVX miner runs at the same speed as the GPU miner. I could even add some more disks to be read at the same time - my processor is at 55% during the read. Great work Blago! I don't keep any Burst, but I'll send you a little tip in Monero if you send me an address.

Hello Blago, AVX version works well, roughly 66MB/s read rate using i3-4370 5 disks ~ 12TB. I do get a Windows program error when I close using the 'Q' command. Keep up the good work, I sent you a small BURST tip. Good Job, Merick.

Nope, just a problem with that last block - think the pools might have gotten onto a forked chain, they're back on the real one now. H.

Thanks to all those that have moved over. However, we want more of you. Ninja! still has too much power on the network, and will make investors nervous. The burst-team pool doesn't pay as often as Ninja! does, but it pays much bigger when it does. If anyone switches to the Burst-Team Pool and feels like they've earned less than they would have on Ninja!, contact me, we'll discuss, and I'll personally make up any reasonable difference. H. The Burst-Team pool hit a block, and I can confirm payouts are working correctly. Let's break up the power of Ninja (and this is with the OK from Ninja, they provided the pool code) - too much hash power in a single pool can lead to fears of a 50% attack, scaring off investors. Move some mining over to pool.burst-team.us:8124 and cool down the power of Ninja. H.

OK good job we are back. Why do we have to wait for 3 Confirmations on a Reward Assignment? I can understand one being necessary otherwise you could mine on two Pools with the same Plot, Could we not cut back to 1? Rich

OK good job we are back. Why do we have to wait for 3 Confirmations on a Reward Assignment? I can understand one being necessary otherwise you could mine on two Pools with the same Plot, Could we not cut back to 1? Rich Okay, pool is backup - whatever crashed the wallet also corrupted it, had to copy over a new copy of the db. The pool waits three blocks to make sure we're on the correct chain - earlier both pools got onto the incorrect chain for 2 blocks - if we'd paid out after one confirmation, we'd have paid for an invalid block, and have a negative balance. Three blocks gives a reasonable time to verify we're on the correct block without being a burden to the miner. H.
