bitcoin's currently no nothing compared with the bank. the bank has many functions that are not owned bitcoin, in addition to the bank's security is the best in the world.

Agreed, banks are more stronger in compare to bitcoins as they also holds the support from the Government and the society which is totally missing in bitcoins and it can never make banks disappear.

banks are based on transfering and using public funds for their growth but bitcoin works in a diffrent way it is already developed and now we are using it like a normal money if results in more susseful and better transactions of btc yes it can replace banks

And people are more trusting banks against bitcoin so it is not going to happen and people are more used to with banks. And for those people who doesn't even know bitcoin, they are going to think about it that how did it manage to make banks for this decentralized crypto currency that has been established and running within for just few years.

The fact is most of the people are not familiar to bitcoins yet and who are aware about it don't have faith in its ability as they have a feeling that bitcoin will not survive in long term.

not possible at this moment or in the coming decade, banks are globally trusted by the people whereas people are still hesitating to use bitcoins.  Also bitcoin still needs a support from people and some time to grow and be more popular in coming future

yeah besides bitcoin and the bank are two different things, you can not compare them directly. I think although bitcoin become popular and mainstream though it would not have had any effect on the bank?

I think so because bitcoin would never be ended up being store in the bank though. Bitcoin is always going to be in the bitcoin wallet online. Nobody would agree that bitcoin would be in the bank rather in the bitcoin wallet. Since if bitcoin would be declared as the money that should be used global, bank will disappear because they have no more purpose anymore because all of the cash would be gone when this thing happen in the near future. This is just my opinion though.

I think so because this thing is being argued here in bitcointalk for so long. Others are asking if bitcoin should be or can be putted in the bank. Since no one is agreeing with this thing I think bank can disappear in the near future because if the bitcoin would be declared as the future money that should be use by all of the people around the world. Why? it is obvious actually because what is the purpose of having banks around the world if no one would use it because bitcoin is going to be store in the bitcoin wallet, right?. that's why it is possible that bank can disappear one day.

Yup banks are the strongest financial institution that we have and comparatively the size of bitcoin is too small and banks holds maximum satisfied users who will keep on growing over a period of time.

Banks is a big institution or an industry since they are the one making the paper money in the circulation and banks have rules that they follow created by the government so people feel secured of their money entrusted to the bank, while in bitcoin there are no rules so it is not secured at all.

Beside being illegal in many countries, a government would never let a currency take over the economic system of a country which will not in their control at all, and if bitcoin is controlled by the government then there will be no use of bitcoin replacing banks.
