No way 8+k bitcoin was invested in this project by different users, i believe a large portion is from devs themselves.
You can't prove it either way so your point is moot... -tb- here nobody can prove nothing, so we are two groups, one that can prove nothing and the other one can't prove anything. It's an endless fight. That will have only one winner, the one that was right.

Where can i find informations about the legal statut of Lisk? it is a non-profit association? a company? individuals receiving donations?
thanks
Max has already conceded that there is no incorporated entity yet. At this time it is Max, Axel Hellinger (a German lawyer), and Paul Klanscheck (of Coinimal but acting in a personal capacity) who control the funds on a 2 of 3 vote to release. Oliver has no technical involvement in releasing funds. Not sure why that is. There is no CFO. In essence at the moment it is individuals receiving donations. There is risk in Lisk, but if they were to misappropriate funds there would be legal and other consequences regardless of the wording of the Agreement. Would anyone ever consider touching Mark Karpeles again?

Why are you using the word "investors" guys? Donators is the word. You think you bought shares or it's investment or something It really is meant to be investing since some are investing in Lisk's currency value. But, to be on the safe side of the government, Lisk prefers to call it donating and rewarding.

Oliver has no technical involvement in releasing funds. Not sure why that is. There is no CFO. In essence at the moment it is individuals receiving donations. The money goes into an escrow account, which is different than individuals receiving money. Oliver has no account in the multi-signature, because then the multi-signature vault has to be 3 of 4. This is not supported by Coinbase. The fact that the dev showed the Btc on video with a cellphone feels pretty sketchy and unprofessional. Lol I'm going to sit this one out. good luck guys.
I hope to see you stick around!

The concerns over the wallet address have been there from the beginning of the ICO. They can't change the wallet while the ICO is running. The most they can do is release videos displaying ICO funds in their coinbase account.
