How do I vote? send by LISK from the exchange to the wallet.. and?
You have to hold your LSK on the lisk wallet (web or desktop).

https://login.lisk.io/When you use one of these wallets, you gain access to a "voting" menu, with the list of the candidates and a checkbox next to their names.
You can vote to up to 33 delegates at once (by checking the box), with a voting cost of 1 LSK when you submit your vote.
You can vote to up to 101 delegates max, with a voting cost of 4 LSK. 1 LSK per 33 delegates + 1 LSK for the last 2 delegates.
I advice you to vote for 33 delegates or 66 or 99 or 101 delegates.
Remember that voting for a delegate means supporting him as long as you don't "unvote" him (by unchecking the box next to its name on the list then submitting your "voting update", at the cost of 1 LSK).
What amount of LISK do I need to hold? Does the voting deadline still allow it?
There's no minimum amount. But you have to be able to pay the voting fees, and be aware that your voting power depends on the amount of LSK you hold in the wallet, and each delegate rewards you depending on your voting power (and his forge reward sharing in %, and the payout threshold, and sometimes some other rules).
The more LSK you have, the more LSK you gain.
Depending of your wealth, it'll take hours, days, months, before getting a reward.
There's no voting deadline. You can vote anytime. Unless you're talking about robinhood/liberspirita/liskpro.com discount/payback offer, which has ended on October 1st.
