I'm going to run two additional payouts: first random based to three of lucky voters with 5% payout, second for the best 3 Lisk whistleblowers of a month with 4% payout.

Can someone please elaborate real quick what the delegates voting is for? What are delegates on Lisk blockchainplatform? What purpose do they serve? Is this just to make money via dividents? Not techy myself but i"ll try to give a rough answer. 101 active delegates are securing the network with their servers,they are switching every five minutes in the process called forging. People can vote for them cause voting gives delegates weight and the more weight each delegate have chances are higher to enter top 101. To be on the 101st place you"ll need around 23 million vote weight, good luck with that   And yes you earn a dividend for voting. Lets say you have 1000 lisk and you vote for sharing delegates, you can earn 15,16 percent a year with rewards.
