Of course Bitcoin is used for illegal activities, fiat money is used all over the world for doing the same thing.
All over the world money is used to do illegal things, Only bitcoin is a safer way, especially for larger transactions.

In my country there was even a guy laying bombs in a large supermarket chain Jumbo.
And he was demanding Bitcoins, so he wouldn't do it again.
So I guess we will see more of that coming.

Some countries consider online gambling as illegal activity.
So yes, it is in those regards. But that is the beauty of being online. You can use a vpn to not be in those countries while doing those activities, so it is like you are not even in those countries that ban it.

Will the authorities invest in the VPN services and they can monitor your every action so that you do not notice?

No. They would have to search all homes for that.  Not just countries, some US estates do not allow gambling too.

in a nutshell, this phenomena is explicit in the darknet without even asking about it as you visited them at once.
bitcoin (in general) is the only way to trade for illegal stuff. Tongue

Yeah, I suppose business went to boom in the deep web because of cryptocurrency, and silk road. I remember back then when the only way to buy stuff in there was via WU, and probably, it was like 90% of the offers that were pure scam.

Of course it's used for illegal activities, just like any currency. People do illegal things with USD, Yen, Won, etc, etc.

It is normal. Fiat is still the popular instruments for illegal activities. Why do we still accuse bitcoin? But with bitcoin you have to be smart otherwise you can be caught.

You are right. All currency are getting used in illegal activities. That don't effect currency's image and all the currencies are being used daily for all the activities. I think bitcoin will grow on it's own pace regardless of anything related to this.

Country currency is also used for illegal activities. The government's problem with bitcoin is it's harder to tax.

Every form of technology features additional illicit use cases. Casting iron ... yielding swords. There is no way back into the stone age, and rumor has it that era has been a sucker on medical aid and care of the elderly.

Would imagine any future crypto currency will have safe guards in play that would keep it from being used in a manner that
can not be traced. Bitcoin will most likely be the only currency with this unique feature because government loves control.

Currency can also be anything in illegal terms. Drugs for guns for example.

Yes it get used for illegal activities but every currency is getting used my criminals and bad people so I think its not a big problem if you ask me, every currency is getting used for it.
The only thing that is maybe a bit easier for the criminals is that its untraceable of course.

I know that every currency is used for illegal acts, but it seems to really hit hard when it comes to Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is always where the media is pointing their dirty fingers at when it comes to hacks, ransom, and so on. It's always the same and it probably won't stop. The only thing is that we as bitcoiners can forget and ignore the stupid actions of the media, but the average people take everything the media says very serious. It's ridiculous.

Each and every day a huge transaction is taking place through bitcoin for illegal activities.
These doesn't mean bitcoin support it, but the technology gives a way that's it. If we
try to solve this the major key of the programs needs to be rewritten which is not
possible as it is studied and verified as flawless.

It is very unfortunate when US dollar is also being used for illegal activity but online bitcoin is blamed.
Anything that has to do with purchasing products and services is something that can be utilized to do illegal work.
why Bitcoin is to be blame every time for illegal activity and not any other currency?

universally bitcoin is possible to be used illegally. so the perspective of many people assume that bitcoin, is a nest of criminals, many people who wash and embezzling money in bitcoin, that's what I heard on the news tv

Absolutely, the bitcoin can be used in illegal activities. But the fiat including the USD is used much more than bitcoin in those activities.

Yes to be honest many people are unfortunately using Bitcoins in wrong activities, but we have to live with it. See if something has benefits then surely it was some limitations also. Like brain can be used to make a bomb but can also be used to develop a social tool.

Let me put it this way: I'd argue that if Bitcoin could not be used for illegal activities, that it isn't a currency. (A.A.); Additionally people fail to realize that the currency used for the most evil is currently the dollar ($). One could also argue that this reduces the number of stabbings and whatnot. The money that they are printing is the root of all evil and they are just trying to manipulate the sheep to not think for themselves.

I would have to agree with this argument.  If we couldn't use bitcoin in any way we seen fit, then it wouldn't be anything special.  I mean, it seems to me that bitcoin was conceived so that we could have more control over how we spend our own money.  And, if anything, bitcoin reduces violent crime because it limits the number of face to face cash transactions which many times leads to violence in black market exchanges.
