I think Criminal can use anything to fulfill their desires. Does that mean you will blame the thing involved in question?
They also use things like cars, knives etc., so will they be banned for it? of course not imo.

Bitcoins are very perspective because of its anonymous transactions, therefore it is being used widely in deep web.
Google it and you will find that so many illegal activities or products are being purchased using bitcoins.

As long as it has a value it can be use to do illegal activities just like other currencies, but I think its not just currencies that can be use in illegal activities.. just like what we saw in movies, criminals have a barter and swap their guns with drugs..

The value of bitcoin does not matter for them they just do their business with a currency which they find beneficial for them and as bitcoin is not supported by any government so they find it for themselves.

Yes, they will make benefit of any currency they find and like for their business, and only governments can control them by giving opportunities for their citizens so that they are not trapped by criminals to make more criminals.

I don't know how to make it possible to determine  illegal transaction. Also i don't know who cares about it? Goverment? meybe. But in some countires even bitcoin is illegal, so hard to make it possible

It can't be monitored. But it's not a problem of bitcoin either, it's a problem which can't be solved. Since you can't block it from criminals.
Same way the dollar is also used by criminals. Only law enforcement can try to stop it.

I think it's not easy to governments and developers to make Bitcoin such way, because simply it's decentralized currency which no one can control it or know the identity of the sender and receiver

Yeah, probably those who hack a bank and transfers it into another bank and withdraw it in casinos or wherever they want, might probably use bitcoin to do those..That's true, they will always find new ways to evade authorities in the future..
