There are instances where a law is being adopted by a state from other state. But,the thing is, there are crimes or illegal activities which are common to all countries, like drug trafficking and gun smuggling and many more. By those, a criminal will always find a way or a new medium to transact or do their business without being noticed by the authorities, that is why bitcoin could be used on those.

Yup bitcoin is being used in illegal transaction my friend said that this cryptocurrency is the main option payment for illegal transaction in deepweb. Because its safe you can use it without your true identity. You can send how much as you can to anyone and other people didnt see the transaction is for illegal they just see how many you send and they think that this bitcoin funds is from pool mining.

It is possible that criminals make use of Bitcoin because of the fact that you cannot know who they are. So you cannot blame them for the fact they make good use of something.

here in our country bitcoin is known as money of criminals, drug dealers and other illegal activity but bitcoin not illegal here just the people know about bitcoin is bad and use by bad guys, so if you try to tell to your friend that you saving bitcoin they will start creating story on you and if you go out all people will curse you cause they only know that bitcoin is for bad people only

Anything that has value can be used both for good and bad. Although it is easier to buy illegal stuff with bitcoin because of anonymity, the same is also doable with our traditional money. The anonimity and ability to transfer funds anytime, anywhere makes it a double edged sword for it can also be used in illegal activities or extortion. I think yes. For some reason, people tend to use money for illegal activities, and since bitcoin is a currency and can use to buy stuffs and can be trade, maybe some people take advantade of it. That is the sad reality. But hopefully the number of people who use bitcoin for a good deed is higher than the number of people who use it for illegal activities.

A lot other things? You just have to run your Bitcoins through a mixer which will make it much harder for some one to track your money streams.

That's the easiest way to protect your identity.

If you are really paranoid then you can even run your Bitcoins through a mixer, and then send it to an exchange as BTC-E which doesn't require you to verify yourself, and then once again use a mixer for the last time.
