There are a variety of legal jurisdictions in the world.  In many of them, gambling in various forms is legal.  In some jurisdictions, recreational or medical marijuana is legal.  In some jurisdictions, people are allowed to do what they want with the money they have accumulated.  Bitcoin exists, and is used on the internet, internationally.

Yeah, it depends upon the law on certain state..There are countries where you can self exile your self and your own state can't even touch you there just because of the crime that you committed in your country. Anyway, back to bitcoin, well, sometimes a seller of an illegal items accept anything that he knows has a value and using bitcoin is not an exemption to that..

yes bitcoin is a favourite currency for people who are in illegal business.
the unidentified transaction is the reason , i even seen many horrible service offered like an assasination and pay them with bitcoin.

How can you tell that bitcoin is the favorite currency of those who are in illegal business? Didn't you know that even bitcoin transactions are quite anonymous (eventhough it's 100% not), you can't take the fact that fiat and other "physical" things are the one who was mostly used. Bitcoin can't deal with any kind of transaction when you are in illegal business. Bitcoin is just their option but not to the point it was treated as a favorite one.

It is used for illegal activities a little bit, but still we cannot blame bitcoin for that as bitcoin is giving more profit than any crime give, if everyone learn the facts about bitcoin and start to earn with that then they can live a pure life.

All that is true, that we cannot blame the bitcoin. I don't know if some of Drug Lords uses bitcoin for there illegal translation. In my country gambling is illegal and so that some people not using bitcoin only for gambling purposes, so yes it is used for illegal activities.

Lol of course no one knows that bitcoin is used for illegal activities by the mafia. because any transactions, we do not know what the purpose of the  transaction. even we do not know if it is currently illegal activity ensued.

As like other currency, BTC is used for all purpose. Money is always used for legal and illegal purposes. This is common with currency. This happens everywhere. Illegal money is changed to legal money using many sources.

Thats right, whether something is legal or illegal depends where you do such action. And Bitcoin is neutral in this regard, because you might indeeed gamble, buy drugs or guns with Bitcoin in a jurisdiction where it is completly legal. Obviously using Bitcoin for purchasing illegal things in particular jurisdiction is stupid, as there is good chance you get catched up by the authorities. So better is changing your location and citizenship if your not happy where you live because the laws are too restrictive, like did many poker players and moved their ass out of the states because the internet gambling is restricted there to protect interest of local gambling lobby.

We need to appreciate the fact that if something is illegal in one country, it is not a must that it is also illegal in other countries. People have talked of marijuana being legal in some countries but we know it is illegal in most countries. Similar to bitcoin, it might be illegal in some countries but at the same time be legal in others. Therefore, bitcoin was not meant for bad reasons but to make transactions pretty easier. It is only that some people are taking advantage of the decentralized nature of bitcoin to carry out illegal activities. This to me does not make bitcoin illegal but rather a very convenient form of transactions with anonymity.

If you tried to remove bitcoin in related illegal activities then you should also expect that price of bitcoin will drastically drop as illegal activities that's happening in dark web is one of the reason why we have big amount of demand.

I agree that the deep web has some influence on the price in the way of keeping a lot coins off the market as the coins are not circulating in the "above" world. But the influence of the deep web on Bitcoin has decreased dramatically compared to years ago. I was doing some day trading at the moment Silk Road got busted and went offline. The price dropped nearly 50% in a matter of minutes. These scenarios will not happen anymore as legit demand from people around the world out number the demand from the deep web by a good distance.

Bitcoin as a cryptocurrency is the best money transfer that these crooked guys could use. Anonymous, fast and can easily convert to FIAT and can be sent/receive anywhere in the world. For me, all of the currency or fiat used in illegal activities, most of them using bitcoin. Why? Because bitcoin can send bitcoin anonymously, they can send without any trace, they can send without knowing the person who transact on it. So they always use it in illegal Buying of drugs, illegal buying of guns and other illegals. The bad effect of this, other people thinks if you are user of bitcoin you have illegal activities too. Totally agree, because it is already there since before the bitcoin appears. Bitcoin appear has a purpose for our difficulty in doing deals in the internet, because there are some people who don't have credit cards because each of them registering denied Bank or they do not want to use a credit card because of the cost given is too large

I think this is very much applicable for any form of currency, be it Bitcoin or fiat. I've been able to easily spot out people on the road buying and selling pirated CD's/DVD's and selling counterfit/stolen devices for fiat. I now see the same happening online on the dark net and clear net for Bitcoins. After all, when there's money, there are dirty ways to spend it and earn it.

Why wouldnt bitcoin being used for ilegal activities when it offer an almost 100% anonymous transactions? Besides that the fiat has always been used for such transaction something bitcoin can handle the same way as fiat, liking it or not we always have two sides of each currencie.
