Yes bitcoin can be used for many illegal activities.Any type of money is used in illegal activity but bitcoin has an advantage over then because no body can who is the sender of the btc.Bank will only know money is coming from bank so no Identity of sender so they can surely use it in illegal activities.

It's difficult to prevent the money fraud because if you wanna to prevent the bitcoin in the fraud money it's possible if you change the basic structure of bitcoin system and eliminating the anonymity of bitcoin. but if you can't just wish for the people is no ever to using this currency for money fraud.

I think it would not be a bad thing for bitcoin. users have the freedom to use bitcoin. and they have confidentiality for the transactions that they do yeah you know because bitcoin is anonymous. so even if you're using bitcoin for illegal activities. other people will not know what you're doing

there are many people uses bitcoins for illegal. those who are very eager to have a lot of bitcoins to the fact that they use other people just to have a lot of bitcoin and they also use tricks and cheats for them to double the amount.  I see it won't hurt bitcoin in the long run because after all good news about bitcoin still dominates over those bad. i just don't do such things. This also is actually one of the reasons why some people hate bitcoin. This reason alone that bitcoin is used for illegal activities. I kind of always thought that they should hate their own currency as well if that's the reason they hate bitcoin since every currency IS being used for illegal transactions.
