Looks like yes, after increasing bitcoin price remarkable within last 5 days, I think that many people are interested in using bitcoin, rising prices of course caused bitcoin high demand, so I am optimistic that bitcoin is a financial future.

I also agree with you on this points because i observe that in the start of this year when bitcoin start to rise than mostly people attract on it, because bitcoin first and trust-able crypto currency, so no one have doubt on it if we invest our money on bitcoin. So in this cause, i also say that bitcoin will be remain in future as successful crypto currency.

Very much true. But till when.? I agree that the popularity of Bitcoin is increasing and more people are trying to invest or trade with bitcoins. But eventually what will happen to it.? Already many of us are getting frustrated with transaction fees..

Current Bitcoin's price only indicates that investors believe that in future bitcoin's price will be higher, so they will sell it with profit. What it means that bitcoin's value today is mostly speculative. The question of this thread is whether or not Bitcoin will become a widely used currency, and the answer is very unclear in my opinion. Every government will strongly oppose Bitcoin, since it will take the monetary power away from them, also Bitcoin will need to solve lots of technical issues. And the last problem is "marketing", someone has to convince the others to start using Bitcoin, you can't expect people to abandon fiat money that they have been using for all their lives just because they will read some article about Bitcoin. And there will be a lot of fearmongering from banks and governments, like we see today, that bitcoin is unsafe, it's money for criminals, etc.

Yeah , you are right , currently small increase in the price making the investment more attractive toward bitcoin and it's profit to invest . But it is not telling us that it is the future of bitcoin .
Actually in my opinion in bitcoin we need to change some rules to use , I mean we need to legalise the Bitcoin more . Because the future of the Bitcoin is not much good because of the questions against the bitcoin network and it's use in gambling and carder world .

Yes, legalization of bitcoin is the key, but it will be very hard to achieve.
There is no owner of bitcoin, no control, it's decentralized system etc.
So, if government or financial institutions can't control bitcoin network, transactions, check identity of users etc. it's very hard to convince them to legalize bitcoin.
I think, the best we can hope is that governments and other authorities accepts bitcoin as alternative way of payment or alternative currency.
I don't believe in full legalization or acceptance.
We also need somebody who will take legal responsibility for such task.

Yes, They have believe it because bitcoin already got that status due to potential and price rate in chart. Price will be increase more than present before this year ends. i hope bitcoin may reach 2000$. About government we do not need their help I think. If it under government then they make more number of rules to use the bitcoin in the country and bank also might dominate it.

Now that I've gotten your attention, I promise there's a method to my madness. We've all been arguing over Bitcoin XT and (now) Bitcoin Classic while ignoring that there's a real world outside of Bitcointalk and the endless schemes to get more Bitcoin. In the grand scheme of things, it's not even really all that important whether Bitcoin stands a chance of destroying traditional banks as long as Bitcoin or whatever replaces Bitcoin if it stumbles can carve out its own niche. But we're marching toward a world where things are going to be moving pretty fast in matters that don't necessarily have to do with economics and finances, except for maybe who's going to be holding the moneybags. Is it going to be us, or is it going to be the big banks, or is it going to be some Third World tyrant who may have gotten a little too big for his britches and doesn't have a graceful way out? What I'm getting at here is, are we absolutely sure we're making all the right strategic moves to make sure cryptocurrencies have a meaningful, sustainable future instead of just being seen as a funny little gimmick that went the way of Beanie Babies in a few decades? Should we be making alliances with other up-and-coming, innovative technologies to make sure we can achieve our long-term goals? This is something we'll have to consider if we want Bitcoin to have any kind of a future.

Yeah people believe in it and if the etf got approved we could have seen a sudden increase in price along with increase in the users. Now once again people fear of the volatility. Nothing matters because we can satisfy the requirements quoted by the SEC, but it looks like a centralized system. Hope the growth will take to a price above $1200.

Right now i just use the off chain to make a transaction into the other exchange site. But the performance of the bitcoin network is less, More people with no option about the blocksize increase is really terrible.
Bitcoin will not stronger until the technical problem will have resolved by the dev.
