Quitting gambling is not so easy of course because you are addicted to it and its also very normal for this people to do it.
In my opinion you just have to find another hobby to remove the addiction of gambling in a sort of way.
yeah if out of gambling such as reversing the palm of the hand. certainly no one who become addicted. because they can out and enter gambling with ease. I also don't think with replacing the hobby will make you forget about gambling. you have to do is get used to not gamble |

well, it is very, very hard thing to do, it's like quit smoking or drugs, it will be a huge quest for you don't think about it, go outside, find other hobby, tell your friends about this and just keep your minds from it, if you'll think about it each day then you will feel bad and will want to gamble |

well, it is very, very hard thing to do, it's like quit smoking or drugs, it will be a huge quest for you don't think about it, go outside, find other hobby, tell your friends about this and just keep your minds from it, if you'll think about it each day then you will feel bad and will want to gamble The best thing that you can do is that they must realize it by themselves that they lost a lot of money and that it is all wasted. If they will realize it than they will wake up and see that gambling is very bad to do. And that will be very good. |

The method is easy just need strong will.I will say sell all your bitcoins and give more attention to your family and friends instead of staying hours everyday in front of your laptop.Simply don't ask no one just delete you account and move forward.

Also mostly gambler habit depend on their family environment. If your family are gambler , it's quite difficult to quit. But if their family are religious , it's quite easy to turn out addicted gambler into normal one. It's need to routine effort and keep consistent to keep gambler from their habit |

Also mostly gambler habit depend on their family environment. If your family are gambler , it's quite difficult to quit. But if their family are religious , it's quite easy to turn out addicted gambler into normal one. It's need to routine and keep consistent most people that are gambling are not gonna say that they are gambling addicted due to the fact to do not want to make their own problems someone else problem, and your parents for sure not. |

Making some changes to your online routine and activities might help, but most of the time it will not work as the addiction started from the computer (and the Internet) itself. So, it is best if you could avoid using the computer and the Internet for a while. Exploring new places could also help TBH. I heard you can pay to travel with or join the National Geographic expeditions. |

well i was checking gambling games on this forum from time to time though i still managed to escape gambling my coins, i think you just have to prepare for that psychologically now i dont have any problems, and i almost never gamble at all only sometimes just for getting entertainment |

well i was checking gambling games on this forum from time to time though i still managed to escape gambling my coins, i think you just have to prepare for that psychologically now i dont have any problems, and i almost never gamble at all only sometimes just for getting entertainment You must do other things that you like to do. And that will be better and also much cheaper and that is quite good. I hope more people will know it and that the most people will stop gambling, that will be so good. |

yes, as a group which makes the application or building a blog article to make money, it might make you focus and stay away from gambling I think well i think this is not the best way to stay away.. better to go in psychiatrist they can give a solution for this.. so that you know how to prevent and to stay away from gambling if not you can also try to haing acation in far places.. i think you can forgot gambling in this method.. |

If you are an addict or afraid to become an addict. Find yourself a nice hobby that will attract your attention from gambling in my opinion.
It's good you want to quit gambling so focus your time on something positive I think.
New hobbies would really work if that hobby are the hobbies that you do before you get addicted to gambling...Working in real life would be an easier answer to quit addiction...But if you don't care about your future, never mind, my suggestion won't work I guess.. in case of gamblers who don't care about their own selves, direct their care toward people around them, their families and friends, may help. there are things much more important than themselves like that. If someone wants really to quit gambling thinking about family and friends might help, I agree. He/she should try to spend the same money they spend on gambling say in a week on those who are close to them. Hope they'll find it more interesting and entertaining. you and i have the same thought, because it so true. also not just try spend the same money, try spend the same amount of time too. it's even more important. |
