OP, there's a saying in the rooms of AA that "one is too many, a thousand is never enough". And it applies to gambling as well. If you're to the point where you're asking how to quit for good, then stop placing bets all together. Don't visit casinos and stay away from the gambling section of bitcointalk. Just stay away. If that requires help then get it, but if you keep testing the waters then you're going to keep having the same problems.

Unfortunately, you can't, especially if you still have access to gambling sites and you still have the money to gamble.
Also, as long as you're mindset is that this time you're lucky, then forget about forgetting gambling and you just can't, once you hit the big jackpot you'll always come back wanting more of it.

Every religion are prohibiting gambling, and even considered as a sin. But it is not change anything to our personalities that love to gambling , it is rooted in ourselves. Quitting from gamble as not easy as people said, I have planned to quit from this crazy world since one year ago and I still gamble now . |

I think the only answer is make your life busy in real life, like get a job, socialize with your friends and join a new hobby that really need much time to do it.

You may want to indulge yourself into a hobby. Gardening, cooking, baking, or rearranging the interior of your house, or repainting it. Maybe you could help your mom to do the household chores. You can adopt a puppy if you do not want to marry a woman with 5 kids!  Train him and teach him some tricks. Just keep yourself busy and you will be good. |

Your hands will be full taking care of your woman and the kids, so you will not have any time left to do addicting things like gambling and drinking. If you still have time for gambling after that, then adopt a puppy and train it. |

You need to realize and convince yourself that gambling is not good and will take you to much more worse.Once you are convinced you need not any external help to quit.In my opinion you need to stay away of gambling sites or material to not have any attraction.You can totally cut off or not at all.Try to find other activities it will work for sure.

I personally tried so many tricks to quit gambling when i was into huge profit but i don't have control over my greed, the problem is that it is impossible for me to stay away from online so that i keep trying again and again to give try to my luck there, so that i can't give any suggestion there.

What is most important step is toward quitting gambling habit for me to change your routine and way of life.Spending more time in company of positive people around you of different perspective will lead you to get rid of gambling for good.It is a continuous process and can not be at once.You need to be away for some period of gambling until you get used of not placing bets.Once you are done it will not be matter anymore.
