This will not at all possible if yo really addict this gambling it is very hard to come out from this. So sell your all coins and make it money then you will not get any coins to play slowly you addict this then day by day your interest on gambling will go try this may be it will work out.

Who would do this? in his right mind a normal person won't sell all his coins and take away all of his possession might be the solution, and I think this kind of solution won't work if the person is really addicted to gambling I think the best way to do it is to have a psychiatrist look at what level of addiction a gambler went and then that will be the time when the procedure will occur.

Yeah your right this is not the best solution selling your bitcoin and exchange it into fiat is not a solution.. how about the local games casino you can still use the fiat in casino in your country so you can still gamble if you are addicted..

Yes for hard cases in mostly mental ill persons, I think it is needed by that person that are highly addicted to gambling and their relatives needs to give attention and care for them so the gambler can be in fast recovery from his addiction.

Yeah definitely. Quitting gambling with your life savings is definitely a very well taken step, if you ever take it. However, if you're just gambling for fun casually, then there is no reason for quitting.

Saving up your money is a good way to quit in my opinion. Very encouraging.

In my opinion if you really want to quit gambling for good, you must change something on your mindset. Take some time to think all of the Pros when you stop gambling, and all the Cons when you still do it. That way you will have an idea of what you are losing when you gamble. Ofcourse it's a bit hard to stop it with just that, but it will be a good start. After that you can take a short break, skip gambling for a day, keep yourself busy with something that you're also interested in, like watch movies, shopping or outdoor sports, just an alternative/replacement to gambling. If you find yourself happy and satisfied with other activities, you will slowly forget about gambling. It will take some time yes, but if you keep in mind that it will be all worth it, I think you'll be successful in stepping away from gambling.

It takes a lot of discipline to totally quit gambling. If you are addicted with gambling for a long time already, the addicted was really deep and it is hard to take that out as it is already part of our daily living. It always start with our self and we need to totally accept that we are addicted so we can seek some help from our family and friends that would tell us on what to do and all we have to do is just obey and follow.

Maybe that will help a bit, but if your really addicted to gambling you will need a help from a psychologist to help you rehabilitate your self from being addicted to gambling, Some shopaholic or alcoholic etc. that likes to change and rehabilitate have gone to a social conversation group this might help too, because telling others about your addiction can help you from giving your self advice from others like you.

Maybe gambling addicts should try to do some other things out there, if the gambling for them had a big negative effect on their life, even it is financially or socially, playing some sports would be a good start.

But if you are a gambler and addict to it, you should just put a limit to the amount that you are using in gambling and don't ever try to exceed it, for your own sake.

Yeah your right and i think many way to quit in gambling.. i already tried it to be addicted in gambling which is poker.. i making profit there but most of them makes me lose.. but i have solution in my addiction i change my hobby to play online games like league of legends in its working for me..

I don't think there is a possible solution or way to quit gambling. It's better not to enter just try to stay out of it because once if you enter the possibility to quit is very low.
