I think we all can agree the trust rating system here can not be trusted, I have read the horror stories. For example, this Gleb Gamow character has green trust and a very convincing scam thread against himself actually, where plenty of proof shows he was caught stealing from someone. Plus he admitted to it anyways so what better proof do you need than his own confession. So what makes him at all trustworthy to deserve green trust? There is plenty of other pretty disturbing stuff in that thread that is way more convincing than anything I have read posted from him so far in the 12 handfuls of threads he participates in religiously. Do you see what Gleb Gamow does, are the moderators here not allowing a self admitted thief to do as he pleases? In all seriousness what he does is a crime in itself, multiple ones actually, from cyber-bullying clear down to libel. Using this site as an example of a trustworthy community is like saying Silk Road was the best place to buy video cards for your computer. What Scammers is Crypto-City allowing to moderate their own communities. The more important question is, if it is their own community why should they not be allowed to control who is welcome and who is not. If they do not want someone in a certain community bringing drama, and all someone wants to do is cause drama, why should it be allowed? What do you consider "supporting" scams? I like Crypto-City I have learned a whole lot more there in the little time I have been there than this place has offered in years. I like that you can actually have live chat with the community owners. It has so much more to offer services and coin developers than a regular forum can provide. What I really like is that there is none of this drama there. What I notice here is when new people actually need help with something, when they ask for assistance, they usually get yelled at, condemned, told not to do something. Rarely do you see a person actually get the help he asks for. At Crypto-City, I ask questions they are answered in live chat if I want. I don't have to wait a day, or week or even months and no response at all, I can get the answers right now. I even had help setting up wallets that I could not get to work, you can get Peers files or addnodes, these guys will actually take time out of a busy day to help you. Congrats Owen, you figured out how to create sockpuppets. Perhaps there is still hope that you'll find a minute to comment on your securities fraud. If your crypto-city is so great why do you need to shill for it in this awful forum? What on earth made you think I was Owen. Only mentally challenged, self proclaimed do gooders like yourself and Gleb Gamow need multiple accounts. Who spends 90% of their time online doing this stuff? Yep i would have premined a bit more with the block size it is if you are going to use the coins for dev. Either that or made the block reward half much more quickly, 100k blocks is going to take a long time so the coins will take some time to gain real value. That's a lot of leading questions. I can tell you one thing though - you have no idea how the trust system works here so all your assumptions are simply wrong. If you have specific examples I'd be happy to explain how to deal with them. Re five years ago - if you don't think it matters you shouldn't worry if somebody digs that up and considers that information relevant and important. Same with the scammers that you're supporting on your site. If you're happy associating with them - why should you worry what others think about that. I have the right to not trust you for any number of reasons and you have the right to not care about that. You have the right to host scams on your site and I have the right to laugh at your project and your pathetic attempts to defend it. |

Yep i would have premined a bit more with the block size it is if you are going to use the coins for dev. I think we all can agree the trust rating system here can not be trusted, I have read the horror stories. For example, this Gleb Gamow character has green trust and a very convincing scam thread against himself actually, where plenty of proof shows he was caught stealing from someone. Plus he admitted to it anyways so what better proof do you need than his own confession. So what makes him at all trustworthy to deserve green trust? As far as Mr. Fodor is concerned, I have no issues with him or anyone else on our site that want to start their own community @ Crypto-city.com You on the other hand apparently have issues and I don't simply mean your love connection with fodor. If you want to show that you want to make amends, there are some recourse: 1. You can remove all your posts that you have initiated and this includes any other posts that your troll friends have posted or initiated on other forums. Then maybe I will take your request under consideration, but I wouldn't hold my breath. or we continue this tango which you can see is not working out too well for you. |

I pointed out to Leroy that he said that he was also mining in 2009, whereupon he told me that that was definitely not the case - just buying and selling. I did enter into Bitcoin in late 2009 I was introduced to Bitcoin by another business owner in the local Myrtle Beach BNI weekly meetings. I did not purchase them from an exchange I traded them thru him. While in Myrtle Beach I researched into them a bit so I could better understand what it was, what purpose it served and if it was beneficial to dig in deep and get going. I began to get the feeling the government and banks would not allow such a financial system to get to far and continued to just buy and sell them off the market and off exchanges thru the man who introduced me to them gaining small amounts of profit on each buy and sell. Since I did not trust that the government and banks would not allow it to proceed I invested very little with the mindset to only risk what I can afford to lose. I researched enough and liked the mining aspect better than the risk of trading so i then mined some and sold those to him instead of buying low and selling when they increased in value. Let's see if this attention starving troll - ME - can sway the delusional fuck Owen one last time via the rest of this post, mmmkay? My wife and I this time last year had just suffered a fire that destroyed our large Bitcoin Mining farm. It was complete with Solar power, and just began switching out over power super PC we built and used as rigs for larger new ASIC equipment. We then suffered a terrible fire cause by arson that destroyed 3 businesses and our home. (we live in the Philippines so your business is part of your house in most occasions.) With no help from anyone, Not even the bitcoin community we were forced to start our new Bitcoin mining business with absolutely no money at all. Since I have done very well with the business so far, I built an informational website that helps to know how we did what we did. I saw I have a 3 month ROI on my miners which surprises most bitcoin miners and they kept asking how I was doing it, and I have helped many people get and earn bitcoin for free, all the way up to owning their own bitcoin mining farms with no money out of their pocket.
It does not have referral or affiliate offerings but I am thinking of adding this in the future.

I do remember my first small bitcoin transaction. it was a very small amount 0.00005789, however I had 4 transactions come in around the same amount fo time, and then more and more and more, I was doing about 75 faucets every 15 minutes to an hour on the hour, I never missed a one. so once the transactions started coming in they never stopped. And now, well I have much larger and more frequent transactions, a transaction of 0.01 or 0.00500000 is nothing for us. We started THAT cafe in 2011 we grew the cafe in early 2012, In late 2012 the the fire destroyed everything, we then collected the funds to rebuild the cafe (since the cafe was the most profitable of the 3 businesses) the cafe was rebuilt in late feb or early march of 2013, and began buying other miners, started with usb miners moved to rockminers then to dragon and blizzard miners. We then put the cafe up for sale in late 2013 and finally sold it in mid to late 2014 and moved to Davao in late 2014.
Bitcoin: we first noticed and got into Bitcoin while in Myrtle Beach long before we ever sold our cleaning business there, we were part of the BNI business chapter of Myrtle Beach where one of the other business men brought our attention to it and we started right then investigating it as we were not satisfied with the current financial system.  Circa 2012: Inside that Sari Sari (the Fodor family lived in its basement) resided the largest bitcoin mining farm in all the Philippines (prior to the unfortunate fire) complete with solar power, the panels not visible from this angle on the west-facing hot tin roof with the structure surrounded on three sides by 50 foot tall coconut trees. The mining operation was plagued with the constant brownouts there in the Philippines, hence Leroy Fodor investing in solar power to augment the intermittent public utility. Don't make me revive the post where Leroy expresses why the solar panels were west-facing when all the solar energy experts state[d] that south-facing is the only course of action in the hemisphere where Leroy resides. ALL of them experts espouse the importance of NOT having trees close to the solar array. I'm not an expert in said field, so I'll just guess it has something to do with shade. Then again, maybe coconut tree palms enhance the sun rays that travel to the array, and may also allow the moonlight to generate electricity on the grid.  Now, Owen, pretend for a sec that ALL the above was penned by some other person whom you're not eating each other's asses. Would you trust this person? Or, would you distance yourself from such an individual? To date, you've embraced such a character. Continue to do so and it'll be the bane of your crypto existence.
