Got an email yesterday, in hope it is a joke ? Telling me that due to new requirements affecting providers of payment services, you add a new limit for all residents and french citizens, non-verified. As of May 1, 2017, my account and my identity must be verified by your compliance department. Why do you have to obey to this you're not a french company? Who is going to trust me if my id card date is expired but it is still a valid id card since the french gov added 5 years to cards previously made...It's not that i don't want to be verified, but due to this i am not sure my verification will be accepted.

It is not allowed to receive direct payments to the Cryptopay cards. If you talk about the third-party load in a currency that is different from your card's, then yes, you will be charged a Foreign transaction fee of 3%.

Yes, you can make purchases on Amazon. Please contact customer support service of digitalocean.com / vultr.com / envato.com directly and ask them if they accept prepaid debit Visa cards without 3d secure.

Nah you don't have to be sorry, the french gov should. I sent the documents asked (id card, proof of adress). I will wait to see the verification refused and then try to explain that my ID card is still valid since the french gov added 5 years to cards previously made 2014. I usually have no success to be accepted with a foreign site, due to this.

At the moment only residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Romania, and France have to verify their accounts in order to use the Cryptopay card. In most cases, it is a Visa requirement, but in the case with France, it is their new government policy. Is there anything else I can help you with?

Your verification system ask for original scans/images without any compression or resizing and not altered in any graphic editing program. Well, your system doesn't accept original scans as it says the size is too small and minimum is 500kb (or something similar) so no choice resizing to meet your recquirement. So my verification has been denied and now also asking an additional address document... If I am not able to be verified, will i still be able to use the wallet, or I won't be able to use both the card and the wallet?

The minimum size limit of 500 kb is for an ID document only. There are no such limits for an address document.
