I received a mail that it came out iOS App, I logged in to the account via google on my phone always.
Is there are some differences because I think it's very fast too.
What if i lose my phone or someone is stealing it, if someone sees the app it will be able to rely on my acc i taken my BTC

I've seen that message. Did you get it soon after loading some BTC to your Cryptopay account? If so, it may take some time (minutes?) before it is available for card loading. That's what the issue was in my case fwiw. |

I've seen that message. Did you get it soon after loading some BTC to your Cryptopay account? If so, it may take some time (minutes?) before it is available for card loading. That's what the issue was in my case fwiw. No, I hold BTC in the wallet at crypropay and when i need it $, I go to load card and I transfer funds as much as I need, sometimes when I'm at the mall just transfer to the card and then pay with her, I never have a lot of money on it. Does that mean if you can not put BTC at the card that card does not work even though I have a $ on it? |

I received a mail from cryptopay:
You know, there are some things in life that are totally out of our control. Long lines, rain on a weekend when you planned to have a picnic with friends, speed limits on a highway… This letter is to let you know about one more thing like this.
The 4th EU Money Laundering Directive (4MLD) that will take action on 26 June, 2017. In line with this document, starting from 26th of June, all limits for unverified clients will change in accordance with the government regulators’ guidelines:
The maximum load for an unverified cardholder across all cards will be reduced from € 2,500 to €250.
The maximum unload through point of sale transaction and ATM withdrawal for an unverified cardholder across all cards will be restricted to €100.
To summarize, to be able to load more than €250 or to exceed the spending limit of €100, the cardholder has to be verified.
We hate to break the news this way and, at the same time, understand that verification procedure is really tough. That’s why we offer a full-scale support on each stage of the process.
It explains everything, why I can not transfer BTC to my debt card

It still writes Sorry, card loads are temporarily unavailable, but when I go to Transfer to and choose Plastic USD Card I can load a card.
I just load a couple of dollars, It's pretty weird about it and there is no response from the support here
I'll have to go to some store to see if card works.
I still see that I have a limit 2500$
Edit: card works just fine, I've just been in the store and bought sugar
