Gambling can be called a aickness if you have become addicted gambler. Gambling would be a good thing fine if you're not addicted, can even give you an advantage. In other words, addiction is a disease, addiction in any case. And addiction is difficult to treat. To recover from the disease you have to intend from the heart, Persistent and all trying to reduce the intensity of gambling and discipline.

I do think so. I love gambling and I only gamble for my entertaining career. Gambling brings lots of emotions to me and I believe that gambling was first created for good purposes. However, at present, gambling is thought to be something very bad and even a sickness because many people gamble too much and some of them become addicted to gambling so that people right now considered it as illness

Well i think everyone in this discussion would agree that gambling itself is not what's ruining people's lives but their attitude towards it. Addiction is in fact a sickness whether it's gambling, smoking or sex etc. It comes from people's emotion of wanting something excessively without thinking of the consequences of their actions to achieve those wants. It is called Addiction , Gambling addiction for gambling.  It is impulse control disorder.  So yeah a disease.
