Does this really look like buy support?

Look at the sizes on the Ask vs the Bid... There is no buy support.  Just you guys in this thread.  There are no new buyers for Waves.  Waves is a scam.  Sasha just pumps it through is partner news site, which is run by the Waves team themselves.  Total pump and dump.  Get out now or cry later.

Oh, and Poloniex will NEVER list Waves.  Any time someone as much as mentions Waves on the Trollbox, there's a very condescending attitude from moderators... trust me it's very much like Poloniex is saying "Don't bring that Waves shit in our house"

They don't react like that toward any other coins as far as I've seen.

I do have to say it seems to be a little manipulated. I've seen bids trying to out bid each other raising the price. Just two bids.

I think the same, at the moment waves is just a dead coin. Guys take a look to the order book, most of the bitcoiners are focusing themselves to the upcoming btc halving .

Why wouldn't Polo touch this coin? I wasn't very interested in Waves during ICO but see it as a good opportunity now - a very well funded project which has been selling below book value. Also, they are smart enough to diversify out of BTC while the price is high. People have complained about Sasha placing a buy wall, but companies buy back their own stock all the time. The only real concerns I have are the ability for Waves and Lisk to hire blockchain experienced developers in what seems to be a tight market with a shortage of such skills. The other concern is that Waves has twice announced partnerships which didn't really exist, but there could be a language barrier with miscommunication as a result.

Polo doesn't have 'morals' around adding coins. These dudes are messing around.

The whole bots / manipulation story is another silly theory that sounds cool. There are pricing bots for BTC, and the price seems to be doing just fine.

Watching Waves for a while, price wise, i'm pretty sure it will have its heyday from a value proposition, with so much money raised, as long as that money is well spent then yeah things should be very bright ahead.

The only problem is, what's stopping them from just taking the 'donations' and walking?

There are plenty of people waiting for Polo to add Waves (either to dump or as a boost to the price and volume for Waves) but there are still no news on the progress AFAIK.

I think Poloniex should really send a quick announcement and a tentative date, it's getting ridiculous.

What kind of news do you want to hear? One of the most important news is the release of code for full node. Also weekly review - ​WAVES Weekly No. 2​ will be available in the next few days. No news no progress?

I think it's ridiculous that the Waves team lied on their partner media sites about launching on Poloniex on June 16.  Or maybe it's ridiculous that they still expect StakePool to be a reliable news source for trying to pump Waves?  So if it was supposed to launch on Poloniex on June 16, why is there talk now of waiting on a node, to be able to list?  So what was going to launch then?  



Poloniex won't list because no one talked to them back in June.  The Waves team used Poloniex to pump their coin.  Poloniex doesn't want to be associated with that.  It's like a smear.  Just watch any interviews on YouTube where Sasha discusses Poloniex.  He says there was miscommunications between them.  Poloniex is just setting an example that coins can't use "launching on Poloniex" as a scheme to pump their ICO.  

28k coming soon.  Waves will decline as BTC goes up (naturally), but when BTC goes down later next week, Waves will go down more.  I highly recommend selling now and buying cheaper later (if you really want to buy this garbage).

So, btc goes up, waves go down, btc goes down, waves also go down, btc goes back up again, waves go down (naturally) Something doesn't add up here.. I smell fud. How much more waves have to go down that you can make money?

Now right after a "smallish"  (he is a wanna be "whale" for small volume coins) dump on for the WAVES coin he is in here trying to talk the WAVES coin down. It is really funny.

The whole poloniex thing is odd though, and I find it weird that they would launch trading there and eventually didn't. Like another member asked, what if the devs run with the money, we have no certainty they won't...
