I think the WAVES team should definitely look into hiring Charles Hoskinson/IOHK to be involved with WAVES.  They may be reluctant but $16 million dollars for development can be be very persuasive.  They would get to see Scorex being used in the real world and improvements made in WAVES could help with the further development of the Scorex platform as a whole.

It could also bring both WAVES and Scorex a lot of positive press.  I know Charles is currently advising Lisk but this should not be a bar on working with WAVES, particularly if WAVES can also work as a LISK gateway.

Also a respected member of the crypto-community who might be a good hire for development work would be Julian Yap (he is @jyap on twitter).  He has worked on developing a number of other crypto currencies and is highly regarded.

Anyway just some ideas - I'm sure there are others who would be suitable too.

I believe a partnership with UroCoin would be a good idea, similar to the partnership with Bioviva.

Probably not still. There are now projects spurting around which somehow is like WAVES platform. If those guys made it better than this platform, I'm afraid waves will even plummet to zero. There's blumedexchange and pioneershares which is currently in the ICO and there's also ECHO, there might be more later.

Those aren't guesses. Those projects I've mentioned are real and currently being discussed by users here and may even compete waves in the future.
If the waves team kept delaying things, there are chances that this project will remain just as a plan and its value won't rise in the end.

If Waves features keep continuing to get delayed over and over then what was the point of launching? They should have just delayed the whole project a month instead of saying it will be ready a certain date then delaying on that date with no warning..
