Max won another race and this time he didn't even seen any racer behind him neither, it wasn't even remotely close, I think he pitted one more time extra just to get the fastest lap which was already his by the way, literally just showboating at that moment, and if he didn't do that he would still have the fastest lap AND he would also end up with a lot more difference in the end as well.
The "losing" person of this race was Perez, not only he didn't reached as high as he can, which could be in the top 4 for sure, Hamilton was losing pace because of some issues so he would be there fighting with Norris and Bottas for the podium, but also because of his moves to Lerclerc now there are tons of fans that hate Perez for what he did. I mean it is obvious that he shouldn't have done those two moves, he literally pushed him aside and that is not allowed. It wasn't a boring race, it wasn't the best race but it wasn't a boring one neither.

I newly have the chance to write something about the last race in F1. It was absolutely a solid race. Verstappen didn't surprise anyone. He started from the pole position and became winner very easily. He also had the fastest lap at the end too. Red Bull is having a great season really. But it was really unfortunate for Perez to end at the 6th place because of the time penalties. Hamilton got really unlucky that he had a problem with his car and had no choice rather than giving in his place to Bottas and Norris also. It's good to see these two on the podium. We need to see different drivers on the podium too in the end. Azerbaijan GP was a good example for that. Otherwise, F1 would be really boring to watch.

The rule it is clear, if an opponent has 50%(I think) of the car next to you, you need to leave him the space in the track, not in the grass or sand.
In this race, we have less asphalt in the turn so they were more severe with this rule. If you are doing not you are at the fault.
And 50% of the car means? Cos Leclerc didn’t even have his nose past Perez’s car which I think that gives Perez dibs on the line and for Leclerc to slow down and give up. Even the commentators said it was a harsh penalty. It is not just about the "rules" when you are racing. I mean you follow the rules nevertheless and if you get a penalty even when you are following the rules that is a damn shame that s true. However there is something much bigger than that when you are racing in a formula car, every milisecond your life is in balance, you could die at any wrong move, and more likely you could get seriously injured because cars are better protected nowadays injury is more likely then death. However if you are pushing someone out of the tracks into gravle then you are putting someone elses life in danger, how could Perez ever know nothing would happen to Lerclerc that day? I mean it could have been a very terrible move that ended with someone getting seriously injured. Aside from that there is nothing wrong in the racing sense but if you can get out of the way and you are still pushing someone outside of the track limits then you are not doing something ethical. While we are talking about if Perez was right or wrong, he literally himself went to Lerclerc and apologized for the way he drove and he publicly said he is upset over it and he is not the type of person that races that way. So even he feels it was wrong to do that.

I would be very happy if they add Mugello, the last time when F1 raced here was a really good race to watch on TV.Add to this that will be raced in Winter it can add some extra beauty to the race.Australia is far away and they have some of the strongest Covid regulations in place, for people who were in India when the Covid widespread there the government told their citizens to stay there or if they came to Australia they could face a 5 year jail penalty and up to 66.000 dollars fine.

Why the Grand Prix in Australia was cancelled I personally don't understand, in Australia they have very low corona numbers, in F1 there is a lot of testing or probably most are vaccinated. You open a barrel where there is none to open. Once wait and see if more races are canceled.
Yes, number of cases in Australia is very low, but their regulations is very strict. Everyone who arrive to Australia must spend 14 days in quarantine and they don't make excptions. Now almost all questionable rounds already been cancelled - Australia, China, Singapore, Canada. Probably only Brazil is remaining and I think it's unlikel that this year we will have race there.

It is correct that they have one of the strictest coroana rules (like New Zealand), but especially on an island it is a bit easier than in Europe. But it is so even if I do not really understand why Australia still has such strict rules for their own citizens. I also assume that the Grand Prix in the USA is still canceled and the Australian Grand Prix would have been in November, there will be no replacement in Europe.

Australia, as an island nation that is quite geographically isolated, is an easier place than most for border controls to be an effective barrier to CV19. This is a reason that case numbers are low. We also need to consider that vaccination in Australia is low as well... which means they're more vulnerable if an outbreak should occur. Hence the emphasis on border controls, and a reluctance to let in a large number of foreigners for the GP, especially as a lot of the teams have UK personnel, and UK case numbers are currently high. Whilst its true that most UK personnel will be vaccinated, that doesn't prevent you from catching and passing on the virus, it just reduces the chance... for Australia that's presumably still an unacceptable risk.

Russell is a Mercedes junior driver anyway, and would be the right decision for the Mercedes factory team to build up a world champion candidate after the Hamilton era. I don't think that Hamilton after his new 2 year contract will continue to drive. Where Bottas could accommodate I have but no idea, many sponsors he will not have in the background for a new team?

According to Damon Hill(ex-world champion with Williams in 96), Russell already has a deal with Mercedes from the next year.
I don't know. I'm not convinced Mercedes would have any need to set that up this far in advance, given that Russell is one of their young drivers anyway... and it's not like them to do such a thing. Assuming Bottas still has a chance of staying with Mercedes, this is certainly a crucial season. Verstappen looks likely to win the drivers' title... but if Mercedes can finish 2 and 3 each race, they still have a decent chance of getting the constructors' title, and salvaging something. But for this they need their second driver to be consistently scoring high points, and outscoring the second Red Bull driver.

I still think Russell won’t be Merc’s second driver as long as Hamilton is with the team. He doesn’t want another incident like he was in when he had Rosberg and Alonso as team mates. But if he does partner with Russell then I guess the game plan is: Get that driver’s championship one last time, breaking Schumacher’s record then it’s the ‘passing of the torch’ to Russell. I’m kinda hoping to see him go back to McLaren.. Where it all started.

Also I don’t expect him to return to McLaren more or less I expect him to retire after the new contract is over, because he would have achieved the unthinkable and it would be the best time for his exit.

Max Verstappen became the youngest driver in F1 history to reach 50 podiums at 23 years, 277 days old - beating Sebastian Vettel's record at 25 years, 327 days! Great video of Formula1 of all his podiums: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YzwLYxaAx78

We are only 1 week away from the 1st qualify sprint in the history of Formula 1. It will be next Saturday and as you may know, it is not with the purpose of attracting young people to the sport since as we know the young generation is a lost cause for the level of attention.
It will be a race of 17 laps in England, Silverstone.

It's been really a boring weekend as we haven't had any race this time. I was really accustomed to it after seeing 3 races in 3 weeks in a row. But this week, we're finally going to have a race in Britain. And it's going to be a little different from the other races so far. Because we're going to see the sprint qualifying for the first time. I'm really excited about it. I believe that it will increase the joy level for the spectators and they will continue to add this format to some races. And maybe, they will start adding it to every race after a point.

Yes, this will really be a new word in the long-established Formula 1 racing system and it will be interesting to see how all this will look and whether the innovation will take root in the racing calendar, because the innovation also has opponents, such as the head of the Mercedes team. Also, Lewis Hamilton expressed his skeptical attitude, who is not sure that the spectacle will be exciting and there will be a large number of overtaking. However, you should not rush to evaluate in advance and preliminary conclusions can be made only when it finally takes place. In the end, everything is done for the sake of the audience and the opinion of the audience will certainly be decisive.
