Hopefully it doesn't get listed on Polo first, not trusting them anymore. IMO Bittrex is more reliable, but Bittrex needs to interview the devs via Skype I've read.

I hope its not true. They'll allow any coin with some btc as fee. We need to form a foundation to take care of exchanges, pr, funds, hiring new developers and website.

Possible exchanges
Bittrex
Liqui
Any Chinese exchange

I can't believe that we can't find a motivated C dev with networking experience to work on this project. How is that possible with so much talent in these forums? Did anyone put any formal ad for this somewhere?

There are motivated, experienced C developers around. The issue is how do you convince them to give some of their valuable time to Elastic? Allow them to have a stake in XEL and they will have a big incentive.

For that we need to be tradable, thus we need the lite wallet soon.

Or, wait for main net launch, then new dev talent can buy a stake.

trade on poloniex --> price * 10

Elasticracy will be outdated as soon as mainnet launch. Original stake holders will be irrelevant. If we want to some kind voting mechanism we should take a look at NXT or other coins that tried to implement voting mechanism.

Maybe elasticracy can be adapted to the new addresses and balances.

Too early to tell. When voting for the money supply change, early results looked nothing like the final one.

I noticed this when trying to vote.

Warning: Bitcoin signatures expose your public keys (that shouldn't be a problem until ECDSA is broken). Moreover address reuse with a faulty random number generator may leak your private keys.

Would someone please explain to me what exactly is the risk I'm running by voting?
