That is by the way the reason why I do not want anything from the community as long as it is somehow connected to Elastic. I don't want to become someone's bitch who will try to decide what I spend my earnings on. No thanks! If it means I am selling my soul, then I'd rather stay poor!

To all "investors" and all people who talks about "forced donation"
Now, till you will funds in your wallet - you have NOTHING, You all, as me, DONATED your money without any promise to return whatsoever
You can't DONATE something that you don't OWN and nobody can't take from you something that YOU DON"T OWN. You will be GIVVEN something that will be decided by the ones who will launch and code mainnet, not because they o! so special, but only because they CAN and DO it.
Nobody FORCING you to do nothing because the descision not up to you what to do with XEL TILL YOU HAVE IT IN YOUR WALLETS - then it's yours and you will do whatever you want and nobody will be able to take it out of your sweaty hands.
You are DONORS and not INVESTORS so try to understand this wierd concept that nobody ows you nothing and you don't have any right besides helping this project.
I didn't care when I donated to site and even havn't got even thank you as one before me - this is not my goal to have thankyous but the greater good,
I didn't care when my legitimit critisism (for my opinion ofcourse), been answered with personal attacks and FUD accusation without actually have open constructive discussion
I didn't care even about the hypocracy of people, it's anywhere and almost always amusing to hear speeches in greater good as long it does not mean to actually contribute yourself
But the one little thing that actually bother me, is when I offer to hire someone from MY money , not someones but MY PERSONAL USD, not virtual XELs, here and now, to help developers
and I even not get an answer - this one is too much even for me.

I see some anger here. I didn't follow BCT thread lately (I'm trying to visit official forum because BCT thread is overwhelmed by lot of unorganized messages without any context) but what it's all about? Why so much emotions? We are waiting for litewallet now and we should be united and focused around this particular case. Please @yosir if you feel somehow offended/angry about any member response/decision create a separate topic on our forum so we can discuss it in more organized and civilized way. Thanks. |

maybe next week I think @EK wrote that he need time until sunday to draw his idea about litewallet. He didn't wrote that his vision and concerns will translate to litewallet launch. We are waiting for @EK investigate in code to see if we will be able to launch. I hope that after this coming sunday he will have only good news for us. Only then I'll take all our (@EK especially) work and make something real tradable (XEL will be real once compute part will be functional) from it. It will take me until Sunday to get a clean "suggestion" for a light version done. I write suggestion because I am not interested in launching anything. Why will it take 5 days? I would want to go through every function once again and make sure that everything is implemented correctly and does what it's expected to do.
What I personally would never implement (not even in some highly experimental branch) is a forced donation. My rule is: I will never adjust anything in the genesis block, I just take it as it came from the community as I have no right to adapt anything there whatsoever.

great point! open trading should be good, Qtum setup an good example. people are trading with 10 times of ICO price and big volume and get more attentions too, good for the ecosystem. thank you for all the hard work! thank you |

Are there folks that want to start forging right from first blocks of litewallet? I would like to contact with you first so we can little test before I'll annouce to the rest of community that mannet is open. Please leave a comment or send me PM.
I also assume that you know how to setup your node and I think that's clear that I'm asking for people that are able to run node 24/7 (at least first few days).
