ReCaptcha is probably the most popular captcha solution. I use Firefox all the time and never had any problem with it. Nevertheless we are working to fix it.

It is better to say:
Most popular captcha users let the choice among 2 or 3 possibilities to solve a captcha.

Website has been live for over 48 hours, the ad code is located on the site and it's recieving traffic. I've also heard other people complaining about the exact same issue the last few days.

I click the link "campaigns" of the unit,so I see if the campaigns are active.
It's in fact the closest real income.
Some webmasters just test short time...and not 24H or sometimes only 24 hours or less half a day and half the following day.
It's a complicated system because some day I have many visitors and little income...and the other day less visitors and more income.
You are not paid for your visitors's popularity but for your "webmaster's popularity.
To be short...you are paid if you sell "space".

Just because you don't earn 100k Satoshi daily doesn't mean everyone that earns more is a "fraudster". A lot of services are easily pulling 500k+ Satoshi daily from advertisements on A-ads, check the catalog dude, all ads are public to view My current daily is 10k Satoshi, but there were days when some rich advertiser purchased the ad space and the daily income spiked to a whooping 200k Satoshi daily, and thats at 18k impressions monthly which is super low compared to huge websites or URL shorteners. Do some research first

Daily payments are the best thing that could be in A-ads, because I can request a withdraw anytime and I don't need to wait god knows how much to receive it. Payments on A-ads are really fast and I'm glad I joined the service with the website I'm working on with my team. But just because one Microwallet system slipped and died doesn't mean you HAVE to distrust all of other Microwallets, for me the FaucetHUB integration was godsent as I can withdraw funds even faster ^^

Regarding microwallet services... We switched to FaucetHub because we were repeatedly asked for it, and it appeared to be the easiest way to fix the problem. Of course a third party introduces a risk, but it is adequate to the involved amounts. Keeping money at a-ads account is risky too, so we prefer to get rid of them as soon as possible So we let our clients to decide whether they want to withdraw their funds to a third party or to their bitcoin address directly, and which withdrawal threshold they deem desirable. If / when bitcoin fees become high again, we may indeed be forced to switch to weekly payouts. Hopefully we implement LN support before it happens.
