mmm, that's odd guys, I'm pretty sure rudrigorc and allinvain should have gotten emails, I remember sending about 50% of them before having to run off to another meeting earlier today.

care to check store / emails?

also yes, trade-ins are batch #2 prices, so $1600 at current exchange rate. I think the number used was 17.2-17.4ish
My lancelot had been signed by Mr. Chen in BeiJing in April 17th.Still no emails,no order.

I paid, but no confirmation either via e-mail from someone or from the store. It still shows as "trade in on hold".

@Yifu, why did not every trade-in customer receive a mail ?

(Did you do this on purpose or is this because of an error/spamfilter ?)

Maybe we can get some clarity instead of weeks of discussion...

This whole situation is realy sad, we was ready for a real biz cooperation with the avalon team, but the whole situation now looks like kiddieswork. Its awesome that they came up with 110nm ASIC, they deserve respect for that, but i dont understand there costumer politics.

Im aware its not realy trade-in related but we like to share our knowledge about 2 nm production: https://devda.ch/content/optical-nanofabrication-2-nm-and-1-nm-pattern-transfer-silicon-wafer

Thanks allinvain for testing this. Hopefully you'll get a notification soon.

Having a payment address looks promising, I'm just hesitating before sending the BTC because the store listing itself is confusing and I never got a tradein notice to my email address directly. Not sure why my support ticket hasn't been responded to, but it could be just cause it's the weekend.

I also sent payment to the address listed for my order in the store.  I updated the support ticket I have open with the transaction info, I figure that's the best place to keep things documented.

I opened a support ticket too. It seemed like a good idea. At the very least they will have a "formal" notification of the problem that we are all experiencing.

If I had to guess I'd say that payments are confirmed manually and they just did not get around to it.

We all sent our hardware to Avalon as demanded on 16. April. Most of us dont have a real contact with the Avalon Team till today. In that package there was our contact data as demanded in the Newsletter.

On 16. April i asked myself, what is so hard to get a list from ngzhang and contact us personaly, but ok probably they ask for proof, so i sended the requested contact data letter with the hardware. I would like to understand what for we had to send it, since we have no contact till today? I had a order listed and on hold in the Avalon store, but it was deleted a month ago as i posted a ticket about it and is unanswered since then (30 Days now).
